Near impossible to get my kid signed up for school. Second year in a row I'm being thrown around to multiple people to be constantly told no. I like 1.5 miles from the school and I can't even get the option of a bus. This district is the worst. If you love your kids don't bring them here.

Ridiculous that schools were not delayed today due to road conditions. All the wet melt from the weekend storm is now frozen under the snow from last night and I am watching cars and truck spin and spin. Common sense will prevail only when some child is seriously hurt or killed.

you know what Dcsd stands for? Doesn't Call Snow Days. Like seriously i had to goto school in -9 degree weather and with the extesion of icy roads and car crashes. The learning system sucks and i hate it, as does everyone else.

Apparently the Douglas County School district has forgotten who they work for and who's taxes pay their salaries. If one tries to make an appointment they won't. Instead they tell you to call the school you might be having the issues with and meet with them. The District doesn't have time for you, they only want a paycheck.

I love that DCSD rarely calls snow days, thus forcing the precious snowflakes to experience... snowflakes!

It's so nice I wish I was there for life the teachers and students never give up and they always pay attention there about 30%of disrespect but it's the best and all the bullies have been sent to summer school so us kids are free love you county
