I initially used Rob as my FFL and then ended up taking the concealed carry class that Double Tap offers. Since then I have taken additional specialty classes he has offered as well as still using him exclusively for any gun transfers. Easy communication and fair prices. If you are looking for someone who is knowledgeable, trustworthy and just a good neighbor to all in the 2A world you need to meet Rob. I want to thank you Rob for the time and energy you put into the shooting sports, self defense, and your continued push to educate people about their second amendment rights. Besides all of Robs Professional courses @ Double Tap Academy he also offers a very professional sales & transfer of firearms as a FFL. One of the things I enjoy about any new firearm transfer is that the firearm is crispy fresh in the box . New as new can be , service is always impeccable . Simply a joy to receive . And Rob could not be more enjoyable to talk with about the shooting sports & industry . If you are looking to take a class with people that know what they are talking about, make the class interesting and fun and make sure you are comfortable in handling your firearm, then this is the class for you and these are the people to teach you. If you are unsure what type of firearm is right for you specifically they can help you figure this out so when the class is done you are comfortable carrying and firing it. I highly recommend Double Tap Academy and their instructors.

Rob is one of the serious thinkers and teachers in the personal defense space. Rob is personally invested in each of his students, friends and peers. Count on Rob to be through, informed and acommodating in his instruction.

firearms training is top notch goes well above what is required, firearm transfers are easy to do and cheaper than most others. easy to to get along with and very knowledgeable with the laws.

Took conceal carry course with DT....they made the process easy and had a great instructor. Safety was priority 1 and i would highly recommend them to anyone looking for conceal carry classes.
