ALWAYS check/tighten your stem valve caps after your car is done. They're usually loose at best. Otherwise, this place is great. A little aggressive pushing windshield wipers and they try to get you to replace tires very early

I’ve been going to the Discount Tire in Monument for over 10 years and have been nothing less than happy with their products and service. They consistently provide top-notch customer service and stand behind their tires. Went in today for a routine rotation/balance and it turns out 2 sensors fell off and damaged the tires since the last rotation. Nicholas was extremely helpful and polite- and Discount Tires covered the cost of the needed 2 tires AND sensors! I’ll never go anywhere else! Thanks so much!!

I am Team Discount Tire. I have raised my children to be Team Discount Tire. We have been going to this location since it opened and have bought many tires here. Granted, they are typically busy, but that is because they are good. Just be patient, when it is your turn, they have you covered. Nick, Shane, Noah and the rest of the crew had me in and out with new tires today, in less than an hour. They have always serviced our tires (pressure correction, rotation, balance, road hazard) quickly and with a friendly attitude. Tires aren't cheap (nothing is anymore) but their prices have always been competitive and they usually offer some sort of promo, discount or just plain deal. They want your business. I also rest easy knowing my warranty is good at any of their nationwide locations. Hopefully you don't need it today, but when you do, stop in and talk to Team Discount Tire.

When I shredded a trailer tire going up I-25, I knew what to do: limp to the nearest Discount Tire. I've quit wasting my time even shopping for tires anywhere else. They had the tires I needed in stock. They were super busy with folks getting snow tires, but they didn't say "we're too busy", instead they stayed open until they had taken care of all their customers, including me. They started working on my trailer about 8:00p. I appreciate all of the guys who worked late that night and got me back on the road.

I took the car back and they were able to get me in right away and figure out the leak couldn't be fixed. There were able to get new tires on the car quickly and for a good price.

I am taking one star off because they should have been able to tell that the tire couldn't be fixed the first time and one start off because they had no record of my Tuesday visit at all.

Super nice people and I've never been done wrong by then in the past. But I set an appointment to get a leak in a tire fixed. I wasn't able to pick it up until close to closing time. I got back the car and the other tires were pumped up to 35 lbs and the leaky tire want fixed, leaving me in the lurch with an early morning flight and no way to get to it.

I had the pleasure of starting my day at Discount Tire at 16174 Jackson Creek Parkway, in Monument, CO, 80132. I love that the store opens early. This gave me an opportunity to get my tire replaced and make it to work on time The manager on duty that morning and did a fantastic job of dealing with a very difficult customer. He was out of Denver and felt his situation was priority over everyone else. She conducted herself in a very professional manner. I did my best to smile and encourage her, when it was my turn. The waiting area was very clean and handicap accessible. The rest room was well tended for and wide for wheelchairs also. I had a warranty plan on my tires and was really happy They sold me my tires did a good job of recommending tire insurance. I'm a professional full time Realtor and pick up nails in new construction areas often. I appreciate it when technicians take the time explain things. They also disposed of my old tire so I didn't have to worry about that, many trash companies will not take tires and dispose of them, I learned that the hard way when the ended up back on my curb trash day. Another client was getting an oil change and he and I visited he said he loved Discount tire and how they cared for his vehicle. He said they always explained things well to him, he is senior in age and doesn't always understand everything when people talk too fast.

I ordered trailer tires on their website last weekend to be installed today. The tires didn't arrive, and they upgraded to a better set of tires at no additional cost. David and the entire staff were very professional. Service was completed extremely fast. I can't say enough about the staff at the Monument Discount Tire. They are always helpful and professional.

If you want good service go to the Ft Carson location downtown. They do it right however this location is bad, scheduled an appointment for Monday then was told later that day they actually have availability that Saturday. Went in for the tires to be rebalanced and they made it worse, car shakes on the highway vs a little rumble.
