It was quick and easy but the staff is cold. Like the don't speak or smile they make you feel sad or down because they look like they don't want to be here. Because the service desk is our first step when walking in the door would be nice to be greeted by someone that happy to have a job or at least happy to be alive.

The personnel are kind and friendly. And most of all helpful. The location is very clean. The office has plenty of parking.

I submitted information through the website. I was called the next day. It was actually less than 24hrs.

Like all places that serves the disenfranchised population-get ready for long waits, dismissive attitudes and once in a lifetime experience with a hopefully removed caseworker who weaponizes the stigma to treat potential clients as liars or thieves who attempting to raid her personal coffers when applying and interviewing for essential benefits.

They always give me incomplete or wrong information. I was told my insurance was canceled for almost a year during a major medical issue. Missed open enrollment for my job then was told I was insured the whole time only to be told today that im not again. This has been going on for 18 months and apparently there is no one who can explain why or be held accountable. They are rude if they can't help you and I feel sorry for people who don't have the intellectual ability to do their own research because you will never get the correct information from these people and they are never available but expect you to be available at a moments notice. Glad I can support my family without their assistance, because if our lives depended on this institution we would be in trouble.

Do not bother calling. If you go in to the office it is the best way to get things done. Be prepared to wait an hour or be served right away. It's literally just luck. Most times the place is not busy, but other times it's a full house. Make sure to bring id, your case number, and any supporting documents (ie: paystubs for the last month).

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. They never answer the phone..if they do they act like they're mad you called. If you go half the time its not busy. The other times you wait in line for an hour. They are there to help people and the staff are so rude it makes you not even want to pursue it.

They NEVER answer the phone. You can literally call there phone for weeks and months every hour. When u go in its never busy.
