I wanted to become a medical biller and coder during the pandemic. I felt like I was pushed into this. I only consistently studied for a month. Tried to keep going for a few more. I was not academically disciplined.. that is how you know this is a scam.
I owe financial aid $4,000 it is seriously messed up.

There is no way those textbooks without color are worth that much.

They don't have much selection for majors. So they prey on people who want to obtain a great career and job in a convenient way, especially during a pandemic?

It took them 3 months to call me to ask me if I was able to complete the classes.
It would make sense to have some kind of accountability in order to open up a spot in a class for someone who's willing to finish the program.

I was in a low point in my life, 19yr old mom, and thought this career I was studying for was going to help me get a real job.

I'm doing much better now, but I don't understand why $4,000 for such low quality education?

DO NOT WASTE YOUR FUTURE, AID, TIME, OR WIFI ON THIS RIDICULOUS SCHOOL. THIS UNIVERSITY IS NOT EVEN WORTH BEING CALLED A UNIVERSITY .‼️‼️ They’ll rather just take your money than actually educate you. Everything in this school is rushed, and communication is none-existent, but when it comes to that aid it’s there. Giving false promises to people who want to learn and advance there future is just crazy work. Honestly it’s just disgraceful, why take scamming into education though Leave that in crypto or the stock market. Everyone who works for this company is just trynna make quick buck, with no regards of the lives being ruined from this. You guys done this in the past, one will think to change his ways after the first mistake, but I guess that don’t apply to everyone. Definitely see another lawsuit coming👀

The rumors are true. They are a scam fraud of a school. They will eat up your financial aid then tell you that you don't have enough to complete your degree. After guaranteeing a degree upon enrollment. I'm 80k in student debt, 4 years wasted, and nothing to show for it because of this disgusting sorry excuse of a university. I recommend you run for the hills! I even have an email from a fellow peer of mine from last semester who has experienced the same exact thing. Don't enroll here.

Update: I won the borrows defense case like so many others against this so called college...which proves even more they're frauds.

Absolutely worst accountability here. Constantly changing policy without any consequences or accountability. Nobody can answer my questions or even point me to supervisors. They gladly take my financial aid and won’t apply it to my class or refund me! Where is my money going? This is a problem, not with just me, obviously. Check the BBB people!!! Now my account is on hold and delinquent but they got my 5200 for the semester, I also did an aid increase request and it got approved, solely the advice of the advisors to pay the balance so I can continue education. They refuse to apply it to my balance. Once again where’s my money?

I do not recommend this school to anyone for any reason. Unfortunately I'm stuck with them. They have me on the line for about $100,000. They call at times when your unreachable. They ask your schedule then don't follow it. When you do actually get to talk them they are extremely unhelpful. My GPA was a 4.0 until they put me in a class I neither ask for, needed, or wanted. I failed and it brought my GPA down to 3.5. I couldn't reach them to discuss the issue, despite numerous attempts of calling. Plus my grandmother died around the same time so I was dealing with that. They called 7 months later about it, and said there was nothing they could do because it had been to long. They claimed they tried to email and call me but they did not. It has been a nightmare experience dealing with them. If I could do it all over I would just not go back to school at all. All they care about is money. They are not there to help you with your education goals. This goes for the professors as well. Over 300 people per class. They just don't have the time to help you. They mostly want you to purchase other online videos for learning anyway, something I have never understood. Why pay them plus other websites for the same thing?

If I could give less than one star, I would. The WORST school experience. They do not care about you at all once they have gotten their money from you. Your success in the program does not matter to them in the slightest. They refuse to help me to schedule my RHIT certification now that I have graduated. And have constantly provided me with incorrect information my entire time enrolled here. I would highly advise choosing another online school to attend if you can.

Won't leave me alone, I enrolled, then changed my mind a week after. And tried to drop classes, they called me for over a month, everyday asking if I was sure. I was told to email and say I decline all financial aid. And found out today... now 2 months after I unenrolled..... that they deposited money into my account!! So that means... I have to go through the whole process again. I just want this nightmare to be over! 100% do not recommend
