They have the most unprofessional and inexperienced workers. Intake case workers does things unprofessionally and illegally. They need more training and less meetings. These people are devils and do not care about breaking up a family. They take children from their good mothers without investigating correctly. Once they have your kid they don’t care anything about your rights.But God will not be pleased with their actions.

Really I didn't want to give even one star. Labresha Edwards told me I wasn't staying sober and that we would see when it's time to do the hair test. How anyone could work at a place that removes children breaks up families and destroys lives is beyond me. These desperate dhr money hungry snakes are Very cocky, and very confident in the fact that you are not enough for your child. At birth they took my child and I wasn't given more than 2 hours with him over the first 2 months of his life. No skin to skin bonding, nothing more than 10 to 15 min visits in the nicu and with dhr only 1 hour a week. If this is your idea of helping the children your prob the one that needs help.

You know.....just because I went thru DHR, it’s no reason that everyone I have spoke to today has to be so rude. I have worked since 16 years old, and Just because I call to inquire about a missed payment doesn’t give you people the right to treat anyone this way. From the lady who answers the phone, to the worker I spoke with. I don’t know why you feel the need to talk to people the way I was spoken to. I’m educated, I’m not sitting home waiting and depending on this. I will pray for all of you.....May GOD have mercy on your souls.........

If I could only give zero stars and have a *homer chokes Bart simpson* with a few people.
I can’t really go into intimate details but I will say, have fun getting your calls returned. Have fun with the wellbeing of your family members that may be lost to them. My niece is at the mercy of these “good people”.
In my opinion, there needs to be an investigation and overhaul of the so called management and directors here. All I can say is,

Whoever the receptionist is up there needs to be fired.. completely rude and unprofessional. Called a few minutes ago to inform them I had gotten a new job and she flat out cuts me off and tells me "uh no they don't call us to let us know anything " in a rude tone.. well woman if you would've let me finish you would've heard the whole question and my reason for calling! Idk how she has a job in customer service
