As an ex employee I can say, the residents are fantastic and they appreciate all the help they can get. That being said, the higher ups, I'm sorry the 3 adults that work at the training center who are supposed to be management, HR and the executive, will never answer calls for help, they'll tell you to figure it out as it's not there job. And if you have an issue with one of them good luck communicating to any of them.

I have let the dust settle but now I am leaving a review. My son was a resident at the facility for many years. Lack of good training and willingness and poor professionalism is the norm here. The staff and higher ups refused to accommodate my sons needs and literally took him to the ER and abandoned him and refused to pick him up. Many calls to the state and Senators I was able to find better placement for my son. Do your homework before sending your loved one here. Your job was to care for the mentally handicap and you failed even after suggestions from professionals.
