The turnover rate for teachers is concerning! My daughter had a new teacher every 3 weeks to a month! As soon as my daughter would get used to a teacher they would quit or who knows what would happen to them. They would constantly call me and tell me to come pick up my daughter during my workday because they didn’t have enough teachers or she say she was sick. I had to pick her up multiple times and when I had to pick her up she would be playing happy and healthy looking. I would take her to the pediatrician after I would pick her up and even the pediatrician told me to get a new daycare provider because of how many times this happened. I would drop her off in the morning and classrooms were dirty and unorganized. They would lose my daughter’s belongings even though her name would be written on them. Tell me I needed to buy new outdoor shoes for her but they never put them on her when they went outside so they sat in her cubby. Told me I needed to buy the most expensive pull ups because they didn’t like the ones I bought. Referred me to get her therapy then degraded me because the place THEY referred me to took 6 months to start care with them! I finally took her out of this place because I couldn’t handle the amount of stress they put me under.

We’ve been at this daycare for over a year now and my daughter loves it. We fully trust her teachers. They keep her entertained with different types of activities every day. The app is really useful and they provide plenty of updates, pictures and videos. Glad we have this daycare close to home and we plan to stay for years to come.

If you need childcare, this kindercare is the place to go. My daughter has been going since she was an infant. The teachers are excellent and the assistant director and director Aileen are just wonderful. The director is kind, patient, compassionate, and always smiling. My daughter loves miss Aileen and always is excited to see her smiling face. The attribute my family loves most is the director always helps with concerns we have, and has outstanding communication skills. This center is like a 2nd home, and always makes my family feel safe.

We have been going to Darien KinderCare for 6 months and love the care we received there for my daughter. The director and her assistant are helpful and supportive and always responsive to questions and emails. The teachers in infant room are awesome and caring. I am comfortable leaving my daughter at the center and glad how much she enjoyed there. Crafts she brings home always surprised me and shows how much efforts and love the teachers put in.

I feel very fortunate to have found Darien Kindercare. You feel a welcoming atmosphere the minute you walk in. The teachers clearly love what they do, as it is evident in the way the children respond to them. My grandson Gabriel has shown so much in social/emotional growth, & is growing in independence every day. Gabriel runs to the door every morning, & won’t leave until he tells each teacher good-bye. There’s excellent communication between the staff & parents, & receiving a picture/update makes you feel like your part of their day. I would highly recommend Darien Kindercare to anyone!

This is the second daycare for my 5 and 4 yr old and its going on 2 yrs that they've been here and we ABSOLUTELY LOVE them! I can't say enough good things about this location! Stephanie the Director is AWESOME, Jen the Assistant Director is AWESOME and they have a team of AWESOME teachers that genuinely care about the kids! They go above and beyond to make sure your child has what they need to succeed and I love how they stay on top and keep you informed about your child! Like I said, I can't say enough good things about KinderCare Darien and this is the ONLY daycare I recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, fun place to send their kids where they WILL learn and the staff actually cares about your children!

Being a military family we live apart a lot. This KinderCare has certainly accommodated my families needs more than we ever expected. Personal feedback to the parents and attentive staff. Would love more Rorik-centric photos, but I’m happy to be able to see what I can into his life.

Thank you Darien KinderCare for looking after my family while I’ve been going through the disability retirement process with the Navy, and it means so much that I don’t have to worry that they are safe and happy.

My kids have been going to Kindercare for the past 4 years. Recently they switched to Darien in June and I am so happy with the way Steph runs Darien she is so professional and keeps me informed about everything. I would highly recommend The Darien location because all of the teachers are great and they have great management between Steph and Jen. My kids both attend and sometimes don’t even want to leave they love it so much it’s like a home away from home. Keep up the great work Darien we love you!
