Amazing place to get strong and fit! I just started CrossFit 7070 in the fall and although I've never done CrossFit in my life, I love it. It is very humbling to learn all the terms and workouts, but the coaches are patient, watch each member very carefully to make sure we don't get hurt and are lifting the weights properly, and the members are very kind and genuine: no judgement at this place at all!

I have been going to this gym for about 3 months and I was completely new to CrossFit. Joining a new gym, let alone trying something completely new, can be very intimidating, but not at 7070. Not only are their coaches knowledgeable and helpful but they genuinely care about you as a person inside and outside of the gym. All of the members have also been so welcoming and friendly. If you are looking for your fitfam look no further!

I wasn't brand new to CrossFit when I walked in for the first time but I was brand new to the area and had not done CrossFit in over a year. Proudly from Texas 🙂 the altitude was a huge factor for me but the coaches were so great and awesome! They met me right where I was and gave me options. A few months later I needed help with dialing in my nutrition. I set up time with one of the coaches who is also nutritional coach to talk about my "why" and set goals; realistic daily goals. Each day is a challenge but setting goals that you can control each day has been super helpful for me to stay on track.
