Michael is a walking encyclopedia of ECG rhythm and AHA guidelines. He brings emergency management to life in an exciting and practical way in a safe environment conducive to learning. He’s the best around!

I recently took the Advanced 12 Lead ECG course with Michael. He is a master teacher who infuses crystal clear explanations with his years of experience, his passion for the subject matter and humor. I found the class fascinating. I learned about the camera views the different leads offer, what arteries supply the various regions of the heart and how to spot different kinds of malfunctions like ventricular enlargements, thickening of the atria or shifting of hearts axis. I highly recommend the class.

This was my first acls class at CCTI. I’ve been doing them for 15 years with other providers. I was pleasantly surprised at how engaging and entertaining the instructor was. I’m used to boring AHA videos but Michael made it fun. He promoted a very welcoming and learning focused environment and was very encouraging to students of all levels of experience. He has an incredible knowledge base and loves to share it. Questions are encouraged and there’s likely nothing he doesn’t have great solid answers for. Overall I highly recommend this course.

I love renewing here for PALS AND ACLS! Michael makes the information easy to understand. He also gives you a lot of hints for the test, so pay attention! He reviews everything you need to know, but makes the information easy to apply. The megacode was done without pressure and allowed us to work as a team and learn without fear of mistakes. He's a great educator with a lot of amazing life stories thrown in. He offers coffee and there's a small kitchenette with a fridge for your lunch. I will definitely be returning again for renewals! I can't recommend him enough!

I've been going to critical care training institute since the covid pandemic, and it has only gotten better each time I've attended. So much knowledge and so many different aspects of emergency response every time. Sim lab/ megacode was fun and informative, yet not overly intense and intimidating. Definitely appreciated Michael's and class participants interaction during debriefing. Always a great learning experience. Highly recommended!

Michael is an exceptional teacher. He is passionate about what he does and you will undoubtedly learn more from him than any other instructor of the same course. I've been to him for BLS, ACLS, PALS, and ECG Interpretation. I will certainly be returning in the future for my certification renewals. I highly recommend CCTI to healthcare workers of all kinds, especially if obtaining your initial certifications!

He provides hands-on training, excellent videos In a setting where even mega code practice Isn’t overly intimidating. This is the fourth time I have used Critical Care Institute over the last eight years for my renewals. I highly recommend this program!.
