Kindercare bought out Creme, and they are destroying everything that made it good. Rates went up 10%, but they cut employees' salaries and benefits. Good teachers are quitting left and right. In just one year, I've seen five good people leave, and more are going to follow. Why three stars? We like the teachers who are doing a great job, but they aren't going to stay, and neither will we.

My 2 daughters started Creme one at age of 3 and other at 7months.
Creme teachers are really knowledgeable about Kids development at various stages. I was very happy with the Parent teachers conference where they took a deep dive in my children's developmental skills. The Organic food served here is of very good quality and healthy and kids love it. My 3 year old brings a happy plate smiley on her daily report and feels very proud of it.

My son began attending Creme at 15 months. He is now 3 and a half and still attends. We are extremely happy with the staff at Creme. Everyone we have encountered is caring, patient, and extremely knowledgable of child development. Creme creates an amazing learning atmosphere where my son participates in music, art, Spanish class, and computers. The indoor facilities, playground, and water park are always clean. The Creme staff takes the time to really get to know your child and is able to provide your child with specific accommodations (e.g. dietary restrictions). The staff also provides you with daily communication about how your child participated. They are amazing and I would not have my son attend anywhere else!

My daughter has been there for 1 months now and the experience so far has been wonderful. The staff keeps us informed at all times of issues and tries to work with us to find solutions when the child has special needs (mine is vegan). I like the place much more than Bright Horizons where she went previously because there is much more learning and activities (such as art, music, dance, a playground...) and they care about the wellness of the children - they provide organic food, don't allow peanuts in the facility, provide diapers and wipes, take them outside every day even for a few minutes, etc. The only thing that I don't like is that they must wear shoes at all times.

I have my 4 yr old here and love it! This isn’t your ordinary child care place. The system used here is a system done right. The kids change rooms for activities and aren’t bound to one room all day! (Ive had my child in another child care place and they are literally bottled up in a room for however many hours there and they lose all concentration by minute 2) This by far kicks any other child care facility out of the water. Yes, it’s not for every family out there but if you are able to have your child(ren) enrolled here, don’t think twice and get them enrolled! You’ll be happy that you did.

If you are OK with them not letting you speak to your child's teacher, after there is an incident involving your child and another child - where you child is clearly traumatized, and just continually repeats "I want daddy." Then, they refuse to let you or your wife review the video of the incident. Then, the very next morning at 6:10 a.m., they send you an e-mail, not even a call, on a school day saying that your children will not be admitted. And, then to boot you receive a call later that same day, stating that they were involuntarily disenrolling your child (3 years old) and your other child (5 years old Kindergartener, who wasn't even involved in the alleged incident), stating that they have concerns that there was an unknown car in the parking lot, which caused them to call security (which clearly was not us - because they know what our cars look like) and that we were allegedly following the staff and searching the facility looking for the teacher, but, in reality we merely went to our others son class room to pick him up and get his jacket and then went to the book fair within the facility to buy a book, and back to the lobby to pay for the book.

This all occurred one week after the Executive Director, specifically told us that your child was not on any disciplinary track and that we are nowhere near disenrolling your child. And, then Executive Directors states that in all her years she has never disenrolled any kid, except for that one "head start" kid. Oh, and the Company’s Chief Operating Officer, later states that this is a “for profit” business and we don’t like to see kids go – but, good luck and don’t come back to the facility – we will mail your children’s belongings and your prorated refund for the month. Because, of Crème’s summary dismissal of our children in the middle of the school year, it is going to adversely affect our kindergartener and preschools education this year.

Just one loving parent's opinion (but, this is all factually), there seems to be some type of cover-up going at Creme. I hope you are following this nonsense. So, if you are ok with not being able to ask any questions about your children or speak with their teachers. Then, this is the place for you. Caveat Emptor!
