Since July my lessons at Cottonwood have added so much to my life. The teachers are patient, so knowledgeable, caring, experienced and the teaching horses are great for beginners like me. I love it so much I leased a horse to ride twice weekly. The Club is very well managed, the owners are hands-on and the facility is tops. Riding was on my "bucket list", and now my horse dream has come true! Love it.

We board our 2 horses here and take lessons with Alex. I have never been on a yard this special. I have not yet come across any silliness or rude people, everyone I've met are so welcoming and willing to help any way possible. The facilities are fab and access to trails is second to none. Could not recommend Cottonwood enough! We all LOVE it here.

I have had an excellent experience with Cottonwood Riding Club and would recommend their boarding facilities to other horse owners. I have boarded my horse there for over a year, now, and the owners have been detrimental to his training, and mine. The community is fun and laid back, but with lots of opportunities for competing and training, too. I have enjoyed all of the access to trails and open space, as well as the huge indoor ring during the freezing winter months. Their lesson program is also fantastic! I have worked with almost all the trainers on staff and learned something different from each.

I moved my horse to Cottonwood Riding Club 2 years ago. I moved because of the indoor riding arena footing. I ride 5-6 days a week, all year. Being able to actually ride my horse in the winter is a top priority. The indoor lit arena is fantastic, always wet down and maintained. I have found the management helpful, responsive and kind. The barn is always doing maintenance and improvements to the property. My horses water is checked several times a day when it is freezing outside and his pen gets cleaned everyday by a crew of caring staff. The hay always smells so good. The trainers all have something different to offer in ways they teach that work with the students way of leaning, either through visual, hearing or doing.

My wife and I visited Cottonwood and immediately liked the vibe. Its great to get out of the city and ride. There's a beautiful view of the Front Range, a huge cross country riding course and access to Chatfield trails. We met Erika and Tara and really liked them. The first time we came in their mother, who started CRC with her husband, saw my son and brought him a toy. We knew we had found our place. Now my sister-in-law is riding out there as well. It's a place we love to go as a family. We've been really happy with the lesson program It's really affordable and the lessons are great whether for my wife, who's an experienced rider, or my son, who just rode his first pony. We've all been a little shocked how quickly going out to Cottonwood has become a meaningful part of our lives. Definitely worth a drive out there. You'll be hard pressed not to fall in love with the place.
