Tucked away with very little signage near an old ish area of Parker lies a little coffee shop where some of the most amazing, understanding, loving, and all around wonderful people are the ones that have gone thru hell and will walk through fire with a bucket of water to throw out the flames of life. That's how Convict Coffee is. They certainty don't fit the vibe of coffee chains like Starbucks. But what they do have over chains? Pure genuine love for the human race. I'm not an art person at all, but I was so inspired by seeing one of the art pieces on the wall of Convict that I decided to purchase it myself and support the artist (mine is the one with the fork for scale). The first sentence describing that art was "I haven't looked back since" which resonated with me so much of my own life. Convict actually supports causes of all kinds, is extremely dog friendly, has family friendly games, game consoles, and they are unapologetically true to who they are. They play explicit music and don't shy away from some of the hard truths in life. If there's any place that I feel would give me a 2nd chance at life, this is the place that gives that vibe. They are the most welcoming and loving coffee shop I've ever been to. They have bingo and many other weekly events. My good friend and I went to Poulette Bakeshop before and enjoyed our pastries here. I can't wait to come back to this place.

Convict Coffee is a place for all. You know when you walk in somewhere and it feels like home? A place where the community to come together in every way over a great cup of coffee. The mission, the family and all the staff, they are all amazing. Don’t forget to stop in and try the peaches and gainz drink. Go support someone trying to make the world a better place one conversation at a time. 🍑💀 Thanks Convict Coffee for being the best in Parker!!

This place is just amazing! It’s not just a coffee shop but a vibe all of its own ☕️ The coffee and pastries are delicious! Dan (the owner) was extremely friendly and told us all about the programs they support, where the products are sourced, his story and his vision for the future. The shop has games, entertainment, events and is even a meeting place for several different groups. The walls are adorned with art from inmates-available for sale! He has his own line of merch from stickers to tees and hats 🧢 We can’t wait to go back for one of the live music shows 🎶

My husband and I decided to give Convict Coffee a try, and we were not disappointed! Dan has created a one-of-a-kind place that combines excellent food, great vibes, fantastic customer service, and the personal touch that only a locally owned company can provide. The jalapeño popper grilled cheese is to die for, and we loved the unique drink menu that has something for everyone. It was great seeing so many good causes and charities represented and supported, and will definitely be back for one of their many events.

Great, great coffee shop! Dan and his sons have done an incredible job! We live in Aurora and we drive 20 minutes to go to Convict Coffee for no reason other than it’s yummy coffee and to support the business and the vision. No joke. The first time we walked in Dan asked if we’d been in before and I said “No. My husband heard about it in Dad’s of Parker so we decided to come check it out.” And he proceeded to tell us the whole story of how CC came to be. Brilliant. The whole mission is just lovely. We go about once a week now and you should too! Hurry!!! The variety of syrups alone will boggle the mind but one day, we’re going to be there when there’s no smoke haze and actually get to see the view from the balcony out back.

This place is a must. Not only top notch coffee and snacks but great story behind this place and great mission. These guys DO GOOD in the world and believe in the opportunity to see good in others. Support a great local biz and stop in and play some games while you enjoy your coffee. Absolutely needs to be in your weekly rotation

What a great spot! I was skeptical about coming here because of the name but when I went it I was treated like a friend. Dan introduced himself and shook my hand. That really went a long way with me. I get the drip coffee with oat milk and have marketing meetings with clients. The music is awesome but a little loud. I really don’t mind it though. I’m so happy I found this spot over Ziggy’s coffee.
