Hello ! Every one I need you opinion on this issue please .

My name is Juan and my wife and I are owners of a small janitorial company here in San Jose. We have been in service for over 10 years serving the Bay Area and surrounding areas. On June 4th we were contracted by a contractor Craig Smith -Hynder .how was contrac by this congregation .to do the following services: final construction cleaning and window washing. The company agreed to the pay for services once the job was completed. The job was performed within 4 days in which myself, my wife along with 6 workers worked endlessly to make sure that the job was completed. Upon completing the assignment we reached out to the company to get paid for our services. We have yet to get paid for our services. We have called, and emailed without getting a response from any of them . And when they finally answer Mr. Craig Smith says he's not gonna pay us in till he gets Pay from the congregation and the congregation says they already paid him when I told him what they told me he said he got Pay only a part of his money I don't know what else to do I just think is not fair when they need it our service we we're there for them .

Kol Emeth is a fantastic synagogue. The rabbi's are entertaining and there is a strong community in the synagogue. It is definitely worth a try if you are looking for a synagogue to go to.
