i have a good experience to go to two location of CSI, first was in Chicago and next Skokie.. I like both although in the city parking could be very hard but the good thing it's within the historic places of chicago. You're learning at school at the same time you're learning a lot about Chicago. Aside from the school, I find the staff and faculty is very accommodating, willing to help and always have provide tips and information. I also appreciate that I always met the best teachers in the campus. Thank you.

The location I went to in Elgin was garbage. I went for my Comptia A+ and there was a particular instructor there that wasted everyone's time there by reliving his glory days of the 90's. Had nothing to do with the current environment, yet he would spend hours distracting everyone from their computer studies with his chatter so you couldn't even concentrate on studying for the test. You were also required to attend his "Lectures." So glad they closed that location down. The only thing I wish, is that I could get an entire refund. You spent like 2K to listen to some guy prattle on about the 90's and crawling under computers, but the certification itself was like $400, for both part A&B. This person was supposed to somehow help you pass the test! They are also listed under the Sweet vs. Cardona lawsuit as one of the schools that was being sued for promising things to students that they couldn't possibly deliver. I urge you to look this up by Googling the "Sweet vs. Cardona" lawsuit to see the list of schools that are mentioned that should be discharging your loan due to Borrower Defense claims.

I am deeply disappointed with my experience at the Computer System Institute in Skokie . Despite my efforts and dedication, the institute unfairly failed me. Furthermore, they have been unresponsive to my calls and emails, which is incredibly frustrating.even I didn’t get response from DSO after taking appointments

It seems their primary focus is on making money rather than providing quality education. As an international student, I feel exploited and neglected. I would not recommend this institute to anyone seeking a genuine educational experience.

CSI is one of the best schools I have had the privilege of studying at. They offer a wide range of programs in Business, Medical, and ESL fields. The institution boasts a professional staff who handle administrative matters, such as tuition fees and program details, with transparency. I commenced my classes two weeks ago, and the program I selected has met my expectations. The professors are highly professional, always ready to support their students. The CSI community is exceptional and truly fantastic.

First of all i wanna thank my instructors (Miguel Paloma, Ms.Carmen Davis both of them was great) but it was disastrous experience to get my i20 at the beginning. Let me give some names: Yuliya Lynnik, Dmitry Malafei they are not even responding they just don’t care about future of CSI. Thank God Yuliia Ruud is helping us. I wish all the best for CSI 🫶
