We have worked with CTS for 27+ years, with them originally managing our phone system. Over the years, we have added several other managed services due to their exceptional customer service, great products, and they helped us lower our costs. Their staff is honest, knowledgeable, professional, and always quick to respond (even after hours). They never try to sell us services or products that we do not need. I often receive feed back from 3rd party vendors on how great the CTS staff was to work with. One of the best benefits to us has been their low employee turnover. We previously had problems with a few other companies high employee turnover rate resulting in inaccurate or longer resolution times.

As a manufacturing company, reliable equipment is very important in the day in and day out operations. I don't have enough good things to say about CTS overall and Debbie (our account rep - she's the BEST!) ... and of course the techs are always professional. We currently have phone system (CTS Complete) with very minimal issues over the years and IF there are any issues, which is rare, I contact Debbie and I hear from her, usually within 5-10 min... if not sooner! The best service I've ever experienced!
