Beware! for a not for profit the administration seem to pimp out disabled people with no regard for limitations and refused housing after unprofessional and unethical actions. Definitely needs a third party auditor to keep administration in check.

From the living situation on this is not the place for anyone. The cleanliness of the living facilities is less then non-existent. The residents are NOT treated with respect and staff is down right abusive. If you want someone to advance this is not the place to be. All they are is a cheap workforce. They are under staffed with questionable training with some being hired for positions they have no knowledge of or training in.

Don't send you're loved ones there, as a former client I can tell you how the clients are treated, like property, also like they're inferior beings. I left they're services behind a long time ago and I've never been better. It's basically an environment that's designed primarily to keep you from growing

Terrific program for those with developmental disabilities to be able to work and feel valued. To have a place to “ belong “ is so important for every walk of life and they definitely have that here! Thank you CWTC!
