IMPRESSIVE!!! Today(8/10/20), I had made a call to the Community & Referral Center regarding a homeless vet I recently met. I spoke with a Social Worker, Adam, who was super nice and very helpful. He explained the different services and processes as well as took down as much information as I had about the vet and his location.

An hour or so later after the call, I ended up going to check on the vet. While I was there, the Outreach team (Adam & Jeremy) ended up showing up. I was soo pleasantly shocked and appreciative how quick their response was and how respectful both of them were. Thank you soo much for being so prompt. I am so impressed with the level of service and it's only been the 1st day of contact. My son is in the army and I can't express how appreciative I am knowing that there are services like this that exists.

The person that answered the phone was more insistent on me call somewhere else. As if they don’t provide any services.
