Great clinic! Always so kind and upbeat staff members. Many have struggled with the same issues that the ideal clientele struggles with. That makes it much more comforting, knowing that they are here to support you and have struggled in some of the same areas! 🙂

I've been solid and serious about my recovery for 2 years at this point and to be fully honest, it never would of happened without CMS and the staff there.
After struggling with addiction for almost a decade off and on, I recently celebrated a birthday that 5 years ago I had no intentions of living long enough to see.
CMS and and the staff (ESPECIALLY THE STAFF) legitimately not only saved my life, but help keep me on a path of a hardworking and contributing citizen... I have financial freedoms, an opinion that's respected, and a solid Sobriety team by my side that truly cares.

If you or a loved one are struggling with Opioid dependencies...don't be ashamed; the hardest step is the first... but please, PLEASE give harm reduction and a new chance at life a try. You are important and loved. CMS saved my life...let them make a difference in yours too.

I've always liked this clinic. If you're just looking to get your meds and go it's perfect. The doctors there have always withheld judgment. The front staff is super chill and always upbeat.Theodore is always in a good mood and the same can be said about the lady who I just know by West Virginia.Really, there's nothing bad I can say about this clinic except on my last restart they had me jumping just 5 a day at first and I was coming off a 2000 pill a month habit so it was like shooting bb's at a freight train. They then changed it the next week to go up 10 a day which is industry standard so I appreciated that. Good place!

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the treatment I received at the clinic. I recently sought assistance from your clinic to manage my addiction and begin the path to recovery. However, my experience with your clinic has been far from satisfactory, and I believe it is important to bring these issues to your attention.

Firstly, I want to address the refusal to raise my dose and the subsequent withdrawal symptoms I experienced for three days this week. As a patient seeking help, I trusted that the clinic's medical professionals would assess my situation and adjust my dose accordingly. It is disheartening that my concerns were not taken seriously, and I was left to suffer withdrawal symptoms which significantly impacted my well-being and ability to function.

Furthermore, the limited availability of the doctor's appointments is a matter of concern. I understand that medical professionals have busy schedules, but it is alarming that the doctor refused to see me more than once a week, even when I was feeling sick. Addiction is a complex and challenging condition, and it requires regular monitoring and support. By limiting access to the doctor, it feels as though the clinic is neglecting the needs of its patients.

1 am also deeply troubled by the miscommunication regarding the split dose. I was informed by the clinic staff that I was not allowed a split dose, which contradicts the information I had received from my new clinic today. They started me on a split immediately ! This inconsistency in information creates confusion and undermines the trust between patients and the clinic's staff.
Most distressing of all was my recent experience when I politely requested to see the doctor due to severe withdrawal symptoms that I had been enduring for two days. I was denied this request, which left me feeling helpless, frustrated, and vulnerable. The doctor did this to me last week and tried to blame it on my pregnancy The emotional toll this experience took on me was immense, and I was left with a sense of being punished rather than supported in my journey to recovery.1 am writing this letter not only to express my personal disappointment but also to urge you to reevaluate the quality of care and support provided by your clinic.
Addiction recovery is an arduous process, and patients seeking help deserve compassion, understanding, and appropriate medical attention. It is my hope that you will take my concerns seriously and address the issues raised to ensure that future patients are treated with the dignity and respect they deserve.

If you can get to Tucson , please do so . I was treated with so much more respect and they upped my dose for the morning and I’ll be doing split ! They had a few things to say about the clinic in Sierra vista as well ! Check with your insurance. Often the taxi to and from will be covered and you can get take homes pretty quickly from the clinic I’m going to ! Google clinics in Tucson and look at the ratings ! Look for privately owned as well

Teddy is nice because he is one of “us” receptionist, offered me a cookie this morning.. instead of any real help! My case manager doesn’t care either… if you’re having issues, they really do not care! I know this is long, but thank you for reading

Looking to go here for Methadone treatment. What hours should a new patient come in and do you dose the first visit as this is crucial for me

Update: Just wanted to say everyone there is absolutely fantastic and helpful! Monica is extremely professional and very knowledgeable. I enjoy talking to her as she listens very well and gives great advice! I'm very happy to be a patient at this location.
