I had an excellent experience from start to finish! The staff were incredibly polite, professional, and made every step of the process enjoyable. My driving instructor was highly skilled and very thorough, always providing constructive feedback and taking the time to answer any questions I had. The front desk team was also outstanding—helpful, courteous, and always ready to assist with any concerns. I did my license test here and I had such a great experience. I had to go twice since I didn’t pass the first time and both times was great! My instructors were Michael Gallegos and Thomas Litzsinger they were so kind and understanding. They helped me a lot and showed me a lot of patience with me which I appreciated. They showed me what I did wrong and even took time to show me and teach me to correct it. It helped me feel more calm and relaxed. Please go to them they are all so kind!

I could have had a much better experience if my instructor hadn’t yelled at me at the end… At the beginning, everything was going well, even though he seemed a bit angry. I tried to smile to calm myself down because I just wanted to pass the test. Everything was fine while driving, and he was giving me clear directions that I followed without any problem. However, things went wrong when we had to return to the parking lot to park the car. He asked me to park where I had picked up the car, but I told him I didn’t remember the spot. He then gave me other instructions, but since English is not my first language, I had trouble understanding them, which he must have noticed because of my accent. I kept asking him to repeat, but that’s when he started getting angry. He ended up yelling at me, saying I wasn’t following his instructions properly. The more he got upset, the more I stressed, and at one point, he even pushed my hand. In the end, I burst into tears, cause i’m very emotional when i feel embarrassed.He left me in the car without saying a word.

Fortunately, despite everything, I still PASSED the test!
And thank you for the receptionist who was very polite, understanding and kind with me, that’s the proper way customer deserves to be treated

The Community Driving School was fantastic for my son Jack. They were professional and accommodating across the board. His driving instructors gave great feedback and were very positive. They all really made Jack feel welcome and he enjoyed the experience.

Had to upgrade my permit to a license, but been getting the run-around from the DMV with so many things. Thankfully Community Driving School was right next door and could help me with my problems and get me a driving test quickly! They can provide their own car as well!
