*****AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST*****
US Veteran here, this place is very unprofessional. I waited an hour for my mandatory meeting because, if you don’t show up they will withdraw your benefits. The speaker was late about an hour and 15mins late. she didn’t answer any questions and would talk down to you because you are in this program, she was very rude didn’t catch or care for her name by this point. After she asked for questions, I responded if I was supposed to see a Veteran service officer if so who would be my point of contact, she thank me for my service and ignore my question and sent me out. Also I was assigned to a different work source centers 4 of them at this point but only 1 is actively helping, the rest just send out spam emails of work searches that anyone can do with indeed or Glassdoor. which they all provide the same information. I have to attend these mandatory classes or else they will hold my benefits but they won’t help with any of the program. I was paid once in the course of 2 months and I’m still waiting.

The worst place to ever go for help unprofessional and Hostile black people I’ve ever had the displeasure to ever meet . They lie talk to vulgar and talk you around in circles. If your coming here for any assistance good luck they aren’t going to assist you in anyway. Poor staffing poorly managed with no supervision at all , employees running wild making up there own rules as they go along . This place is a mockery of community service

Massive waste of city money. Staff deposit people in front of computers and don't return for hours. Tell you to sign forms but not date them. Anything goes wrong they blame the jobseekers...all of whom are more desirable employees then those with actual jobs here!
