I’ve visited this urgent care twice—once for my son and once for myself—and both experiences were excellent. The front office staff, medical assistants, and providers were all wonderful. We received exceptional care each time and didn’t have to wait. I highly recommend this urgent care if you need prompt and quality treatment!

I visited CommonSpirit for some chest xrays. The staff, nurses, and technician were all very nice and welcoming. I was in and out in a matter of an hour or so and my medications were ready at my pharmacy the same day.
However, if you happen to have the doctor with the beautiful Scottish accent, please do not mention her accent to her. She takes great offense to people asking her about her about it and it will make for a very awkward visit from the moment you inadvertently call attention to it until you leave.
Otherwise a lovely visit.

I spent approximately 1 minute and 20 seconds with the provider for a perforated ear ( that still hurt at the visit even though was draining during the visit and minimally improved) and a sinus infection. The provider said I’d feel better from the perforation and prescribed an antibiotic. I went into detail about the amount of pain from the sinus pressure I was having and the continued pain from my ear. She prescribed nothing else and sent me on my way . Four days later I was not improved at all and looked at my chart note which stated nothing about my pain and sinus pressure and stated I was improved from my ear perforating during the visit. I ended up calling and asking for a steroid and the provider apologized she didn’t prescribe this before - I then informed her of the pain and pressure that I was still having and HAD at my visit. She eventually called me in a steroid . I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of attention and time. I came to an urgent care because of the immense pain I was experiencing that I have never experienced before from an sinus infection and received only treatment for the fact that my ear happened to be bleeding during the appointment.

The wait was way long as there was only 1 doctor/PA on duty and it's flu season. But she was AWESOME!!! Knew clearly what was going on before the test results, sincerely respected/accepted my medical parenting decisions. I like info and like to ask why. She was providing that information before I even asked. We will be back when we need to!

For being as sick as I was, I had the best urgent care experience that could have been possible. PA Anne Underhill was so kind and empathetic! The was also very thorough and informative. The receptionist, I believe her name was Diane, was also very kind! Thank you both!

The front office desk clerk was the rudest, most unkind and impatient person I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. She yelled at me when I asked how long it would be. She said 20min. 2hr or 4 she didn't know. Awful.
NP Debra was wonderful and so was MA Caryle I believe her name was. She was delightful

We have used this walk in clinic multiple times for sprained ankles, ear infections, and strep throat and we have always received excellent care. We almost always go here rather than going to our family practice, especially since it is open on the weekends. Great place with great staff.

I called ahead because I wasn't sure it I could get to the clinic before it closed. I have a systemic itching problem for weeks that I tried to take care of on my own. By the time I finally sought medical treatment, my doctor's office couldn't get me in for several days.
I got to the clinc at the minute they were about to close. They got me right in and took care right away. N.P. Shara Wolfe and her staff were excellent. Shara did a thorough job of findibg out what was going on and telling me what to expect from the meds she was giving me. Shara gave me a choice about taking a med right away that would probably keep me up all night, making sure I understood the consequences before letting me take the med.
The crew was fabulous and I highly recommend them to anyone needing immediate attention.
