Went on a field trip there and the people were very knowledgeable and very entertaining and thank goodness they could tolerate four groups of seventh graders. LOL. They had smart home gadgets they had explanations about the grid work and the linemen work with real lineman poles for demonstration and also explains a lot about the different types of work that they do and the infrastructure. Also let students try on complete outfits that line workers would be using and let us take pictures.

ComEd tried to tell me this was an old phone line and it wasn't there problem. Supervisor Del should be ashamed of himself for allowing this.

The training center is great for people of all ages to learn about ComEd and the electric industry in general.
For those going into the trades it also gives an amazing experience and opportunity to see what and how the job would be done.
