I need to know how to get ahold of this Michelle lady that does all these classes. I attended a qmap course, passed an got my qmap certification, however I am not on the registry at all anywhere so it obviously looks like I am not a qmap an didn't take the course or get certified. Can anybody please help me? Does anyone kno how to get ahold of Michelle?

I took my CNA training through Colorado CNA Academy, and was more than happy with the experience! Excellent one-on-one communication with instructors, and amazing clinical experiences. I decided to not take the course and I went to return the textbook and the teacher refused to take it and then had the audacity to yell grow up at me while I was walking out the door. Very unprofessional.
