We rented our home for approx 5 years and one day woke up to a FORECLOSURE letter, inflation, and the worry in our hearts of our kids and animals. Wondering if we were going to all fit in a 2 bedroom apart for 2600 a month. It felt like starting over in our 30s was upon us.

We had countless people knock on our door all with the same pitch. Money hungry lunatics. False promises. One man offered to buy the house and let us rent to own for double back 🤣. We tried many realtors. Sleepless nights. Putting on a fake cheery smile for our kids. Acting as if we weren’t in fight or flight mode. We were scared.

Then along came CORD. He was very persistent on the fact he wanted to help as a father himself. Idk I had a gut feeling. This man faced so much for us when it came to the owner of the house. I wish I could put it all into words the heartaches he battles he fought for us. Dealt with me and my wife trying to back out time and time again for another house. He must have showed us 40 houses. He spent countless hours with us. Phone calls. He never gave up and always answered. Even if it wasn’t going to work out he made us feel it would all be okay at the end of the day.

Cord Adams didn’t just secure us our home. He became a lifelong friend I’ll never forget. He saved us from who knows what. And he did it with a smile on his face and positivity in his heart no matter how scared we were or worried. He’s the man!

10/5 stars if I could. In the future when we sell/buy anything I wouldn’t use anyone else. He wa simply amazing at his job. Truly in it for the families he’s working with.

We ended up walking into our home with a bunch of good equity at an affordable rate and our kids get to keep there backyard ❤️
