I did not get much time being tutored by Christopher, but in the short amount of time I had him as a teacher, I can truly say he is one of the best teachers I have ever had. I am honored to have spent time with him. When I came to Christopher, I did not understand Algebra any further than basic algebra. In the short time we had, Christopher pushed me to learn more in that short time than I had in 2 years of being taught algebra. In that time, I took notes, did practice pages, and took tests. At times, I wondered how things fit together. Christopher was patient and knowledgeable about it all, explaining with real world examples and even making notes on the fly. All I can say is thank you, Christopher, for teaching me. I would highly recommend Christopher to anyone struggling with math.

Christopher provided ACT tutoring for my daughter, and her score increased by 7 points! Christopher is a genuine and kind person. He is extremely knowledgeable and diligent while working with his students. CMH tutoring also provided guidance with essay writing, and I have watched my daughter’s confidence and writing ability improve tremendously over the last several months. Also, my daughter just really enjoyed working with Christopher which is an added bonus. I would highly recommend CMH tutoring!

Started tutoring with Christopher for my college algebra class this last semester. He was able to help me understand the topics better than my lectures during class time. He really cares about teaching you and helping you learn and progress in class. I am not sure I would have passed without his help. Christopher is just an all around cool guy and really cares about his work tutoring. Already planning on going back for chemistry along with getting my kiddo in to him for math and reading. About a year ago, I started working with Christopher at CMH tutoring to raise my ACT score. We worked on each section of the test, but mainly focused on the english and math sections. I did around 2-3 hours of homework each week and it was well worth my time. Homework consisted of practice tests, practice problems, and some work on the math website IXL. After working with Christopher on the ACT for about 8 months I was able to raise my composite score by a total of 7 points! I am very proud of my score now, and I could not have gotten there without the help I got from Christopher.

After I was finished with ACT tutoring I continued my sessions with Christopher to work on scholarship essays. Christopher helped me brainstorm my essays. Then I would write them at home, and we would edit them together. Previously I had lacked confidence in my writing, but after working with Christopher I feel prepared to write all types of essays as I continue on to college next year.

I would highly recommend CMH tutoring to anyone who is wanting to improve and is willing to put in the effort. Christopher is a genuine and compassionate person who, I believe, cares about my academic success and also for my well-being. I am grateful for the time that I was able to spend with him, and I have grown as a student and as a person as a result.

This tutoring service was necessary for our kids when they started struggling with high school math and science classes. We didn’t know how to help them and a friend recommend CMH Tutoring. The staff was great! They were very knowledgeable and were able to give our kids a different way to problem solve. They also helped with test taking strategies. When kid moved beyond needing services for high school classes, they moved into ACT prep tutoring. These sessions were very helpful too. Our kids improved by a minimum of 3 points each on their overall score. Our kids had a real connection with their tutors and looked forward to attending their weekly sessions. We highly recommend their services for kids that struggle but also for the kids that need a boost of confidence to make the jump to the next grade level. Love this place!

Christopher was my tutor for 2 years until I graduated High School. He helped me with my math only, initially, but then we worked together on college and scholarship applications too. He also asked about other classes and was happy to help where I needed it for any subject. He was very good at noticing the times I was stressed and helping me to work through my emotions and be able to focus on my work. I know he is a great tutor and mentor and I definitely will miss his lessons when I go to college in the Fall. I would recommend him to anyone I know.
