This business asks tutor applicants to submit their social security number and driver's license number over Gmail in a Word document. Besides the fact that neither of these methods are encrypted or secure, leaving people open to identity theft, it's also a strange choice. I've only ever seen scammers use these methods. Beware this place when applying for jobs - they don't value your security.
