Our experience at this daycare has been more or less okay. I moved my kids to this daycare following an incident at their old daycare where my oldest child had his arm dislocated by the teacher. They've been going to childtime now for about a year or so maybe over a year a little over a year and just yesterday I run into the same incident at this center of a teacher putting her hands on my youngest child this time. I happen to be watching the camera when it occurred. I am in the process of looking for other daycare because I'm just not going to accept this type of behavior from people who are supposed to keep our kids safe, especially after speaking to the regional manager Susan who basically took the side of her staff was not there was not in the moment and are taking her staffs words for face value and also after not being supported by anyone there but basically having them take up for their staff. And now that I'm looking at a lot of these reviews I'm noticing there from staff that work there so of course you couldn't take a lot of these seriously.

Love how loving and caring they are. My son actually loves his teachers and you can tell by his smile and giggles everyday! Definitely gives peace of mind leaving your babe

I love this daycare so much, my kids have been going there for about a year? Maybe just over it and they are so loved there! The staff is so welcoming and amazing! My kids are blossoming so much and my kids are so smart!! Huge shoutout to Ms. Taylor and Ms. Carrie for my sons class for just being awesome teachers!!

I just love this place. All of the staff are wonderful with my daughter. I feel that they truly care. They have always taken the time to talk with me or address any needs we may have. I know that she is getting the attention she deserves while in their care. They are teaching her so much. I also love the App and updates they provide. It helps me to know her routines and what she is learning. My favorite part is getting to see the pictures and videos. It makes my heart happy to see the smile on her face while she is playing and/or learning new stuff. She loves it there. I definitely recommend them for childcare.

A big shoutout to this center ! My son was facing speech delay , lack on social interaction ! These ladies are a blessing to us ! He made friends here and super improvements ! The new director - Amber , Ms Grace , Ms Emily are awesome !! Keep doing the great work !

I would not recommend this daycare. I pay 250 dollars a week to send my son here whether he is there or not. If your child is sick and has to stay home with you, guess what you still have to pay. I tried bringing my son in at 2pm because I needed to get some stuff done, no problem right? Wrong. When I walked in they refused to take care of my son, their excuse was that they sent there teachers home early. What am I paying them for? Their classrooms are often dirty and cluttered. When the father of my child tried to pick our son up they denied him and would not let him take our son home, despite him being on the list of people allowed to take him home, he also has been there before and also knew the code to get in the door. I will definitely be putting in my two weeks notice in and finding a new daycare!

I will start by saying I am completely bias when it comes to this facility because THEY ARE FAMILY!! My child has been in the ChildTime/TutorTime Family since she was 6wks. It is not perfect, because nothing is caring for children, but they get pretty darn close. I love the open line of communication, the friendliness of the entire staff, not just my babies teacher. During the Pandemic, they buckled down and followed guidelines to remain open. The Director and Asst Director are by far the best sisters I could ever ask for. I did mention we were family right? Ms Wendy keeps the children focused and healthy with her daily meals. Things happen and there are accidents but, you have to understand they will happen in their care or your care. Doesnt make them any less than AMAZING!!!

Calling this school is bogus. You get a representative from Jacksonville, Fl call center (they told me so), that just reads and re-reads preset verbiage from a script and will not give you actual answers to your questions.

How would that make me want to enroll my child in your care, when I can't even speak to someone locally without setting up a tour, and you just repeat verbatim a script that was written for you like a robot.

No thank you.
