Do take your child here childtime on e. Glendale and 12th stI worked there for five years. The director there is very rude and don't speak to the parents. She don't check on her employees. She don't let them go to the bathroom. The food is horrible and they feed little servings of food. When you pick up your child will be hungry. Teachers are awesome but management is horrible. Trust me it will be the worst mistake to take ur child there. RUN DONT DO IT

I had an awful experience with this daycare and TutorTime. I booked a couple days worth of backup (emergency) child care through a service my job provides called Bright Horizons. I got a confirmation that I was good to drop off my daughter on Thursday and Friday mornings. I downloaded and filled out the paperwork and called early the morning of to make sure I brought everything she needed. I called at 7AM and a random lady answered “Hello.” I told her what was going on and she told me to call back at 8:30 when the director comes in. My daughter was to be dropped off at 9:30 but I said ok. Called back at 8:30 three times and no one answered. So I show up with my daughter at 9:15. They look at me and my daughter crazy and tell me they didn’t confirm anything, they have no room in their classroom, they didn’t receive any calls from me this morning, “you must have called the wrong number. I’ve been here since 6:30.” Days the director. I called the same number right there and their phone rings right there for all of us to hear. I showed them my confirmation. Everything is in order, but Bottom line, I can’t drop her off. I get sent to another location. I’m told they confirmed and I’m good to go. I show up to the second location and the EXACT SAME thing happens. Here I am thinking I’ve done everything I was supposed to, being gaslit about not having confirmed with them earlier, about my daughter not being 100% potty trained and having a speech delay. The whole point of this service is EMERGENCY, BACK UP child care. If you can’t provide that, you shouldn’t offer your services through Bright Horizons.
From what I can gather, Bright Horizons books care through participating centers based on the availability/vacancies they report, which the centers need to keep updated for this to work. So Bright Horizons booked care for my daughter for these two days based on the information they had, which was outdated, which is the fault of these centers. YOU CAN NOT have parents thinking they have care, showing up with their toddler in tow, getting turned away. I had to call out of work today because of this. I had to bring my overwhelmed toddler to my doctors appointment yesterday. I have no support and do everything I can for my daughter and the few services I have to fall back on let me down completely when I need them.

Teachers are awesome! Management and payments however are an absolute s*&t show…. They do not return phone calls, messages or emails. It’s impossible to get anybody on the phone. Most of the time you will be charged even if your child is not there this whole place seems centered on how to get much money out of you as possible and it’s sad because there are some genuinely amazing teachers here like Miss Sarah
Surreal Escapes
My nephews was taking away from their mom and into cps custody, it was huge change in our families life. At first we loved this place but as time went on we started noticing our two year old nose was never wiped. So much that you had to scape the dried up snot off with a warm rag and his shoes was always filled with sand with Little Rocks. He would walk around like that all day. The director of this location seemed to not like me for some reason and didn’t really care that the cps not finding us in a timely manner to pay the re enrollment fee. I explain to her that cps found a program to help us pay for it and that they should have something in the mail to her. The following Monday they kick us out the girl in the office yelling and moving her head side to side as if we was in a street fight, I have never cried so hard and my foster kid was upset. This daycare is absolutely not the place for your children the only thing I will miss is the wonderful women in the infant room. Not only was my foster son neglected by their staff they caused more trauma for him cause he couldn’t understand why he couldn’t go in. If they was more professional or cared about the children they could’ve pulled me into an office instead of yelling, holding the door in front other parents. They treated me as if I was trash. CPS called the director and spoke with her, she said I don’t about them and hung up on her. CPS was so upset they even filed a complaint against the company.

My daughter and her cousins attend here and they all seem to love it. Very friendly staff. I really do appreciate the quality of care my daughter recieves here. She has a great relationship with her teachers. I also love the picture updates of her fun activities!

Has all the issues with regular typical childcare magnified by mismanagement that seems burned out and/or improperly trained. With poor training (staff often doesn't know), staffing coverage demand issues (think bleeding diaper rashes where you have to keep your child home to heal), cashflow issues (3.5 months for refunds), disconnected systems & processes, high turnover, improperly maintenanced toys & facilities (doors swinging right at your toddler from rushed staff), and smells like mold when it's wet there... I would ask about and watch for these issues before leaving a loved one there

Everyone is so friendly. This is a small school and everyone is always smiling. My daughter has been happy there and that’s what really matters
