I'll start off by saying none of the staff seemed to enjoy their jobs and that energy definitely transferred to the children. The assistant director Tina was extremely arrogant, condescending and short tempered. She nitpicked over everything (due to a food allergy I packed my sons lunch daily, and Tina reprimanded me for packing ketchup with his chicken nuggets, said I had to cut his food into quarter size pieces even though my child has molars, etc etc it was always something with her).
It was a regular occurrence to pick up my son in a very dirty diaper that hadn't been changed in hours. My 3 year old hated going to this daycare and would cry not to be left there. In comparison, he thrived at his previous daycare! We both loved the teachers, directors and it was never a fight to drop him off, or a super emotional toddler at pick up.
I'd like to add that all the parents received a notice that our live video feed of the daycare room would be revoked if we took any screenshots. I talked to another mom who may have been the catalyst for this message. She said she caught one of the teachers picking up her infant by the feet out of the crib on camera! I never personally witnessed any physical abuse but it was obvious my child got neglected and emotionally his needs weren't being met (sent home in dirty diapers, scared/sad to be left there and cranky at pick up).
Over all, the only redeeming things about this daycare was that they had availability and their lunch lady was the only employee that was friendly.
I don't know how anyone could be happy working under the current management. Tina absolutely needs to find a new line of work. She would be great for the DMV, but not around children.

I recently moved to the area and reached out to Childtime (Sierra Vista Location) about a month ago. Each and every one of the Staff members from the Director to the teachers have been helpful, supportive, and gone above and beyond with me and my son's situation.
If you are looking into daycare/school and want peace of mind knowing that the people who are looking over your kiddos during the day. I'd heavily suggest you consider this place first.

My husband and I recently had an unfortunate experience with Childtime Sierra Vista that compelled us to share our concerns. We visited the facility on Friday, January 19, where we clarified that we couldn't start daycare until February 12, 2024. The director assured us that completing the enrollment paperwork and paying the fee by Monday, January 22, would secure our spot.

However, upon our arrival on the specified date, we encountered issues with payment due to the absence of a billing statement. When I raised this concern with the assistant director, we were advised not to pay unless we could start daycare on January 29th. They claimed they couldn't "save our spot" unless we started earlier, citing corporate policies.

This abrupt change in conditions and the dismissive demeanor of the director left us disheartened. The suggestion that they might be able to start earlier based on other tours later in the week seemed to prioritize financial considerations over the well-being of the children. This irresponsible approach, coupled with the lack of transparency, has led us to question the professionalism and integrity of Childtime Sierra Vista.

We have since found alternative daycare arrangements, and I felt it necessary to share our experience to inform others. It is disappointing that our impression of Childtime Sierra Vista is marred by what seems to be a pursuit of financial gain over genuine concern for the families they serve.

At first, we enrolled our 1 year old daughter here because the daycare on Fort Huachuca was full. After about a week, we knew that putting her here was the best decision we could have made. The military childcare center actually called us back about 3 weeks in and we denied it because we loved it here so much. The children are very well taken care of and I cannot say enough good things about the 1 year old teachers, Elsa and Gabriella. Simply amazing. We felt as if we dropping off our daughter at the home of a trusted family member. I never write reviews but this place deserves one. Also, the app where you can watch your child and get notifications/pictures throughout the day was awesome.

Our children have attended multiple childcare facilities over the past few years, and Childtime has been by far the best center we have experienced. The staff are kind and welcoming and genuinely treated our children like family. From the way the teachers formed bonds with the children, to the parent-teacher and administrative communication, our expectations were exceeded by Childtime. I would recommend that anyone send their children here for care.

We had both of our daughters here (one in the infant room, the other in the twos). All the employees were fabulous and I loved the activities for the kids. As to one review, yes my kids came home with dirty clothes from time to time, but they're kids. We play hard and get clothes dirty at home, it means my kids are learning and having fun. Ms Dionne and Andi in the infant room should make any parent nervous about dropping off their baby feel at ease. I was sad to pull our infant out from their care. My toddler LOVED going to 'school' and was proud to show me her artwork and tell me what she did that day. I know how hard it is to put your trust in someone else to watch your children, but I really feel like having teachers and a director that are easy to communicate with (as it was here) help tremendously. Putting in our two weeks notice was hard because I saw pictures of the girls during the day that the teachers would send me and saw milestone sheets, etc they charted which showed me how much they cared about my babies! Thank you Childtime staff.

My daughter started care here when she was 9weeks old until 6 months. The nursery is clean and the daycare ladies are super sweet, I always felt comfortable leaving my newborn there but my issue is with Lisa. She is the new director after Theresa moved away (she was awesome). Lisa has the worst attitude, absolutely rude to me each time I left my daughter. I definitely saw and felt a change once she took over. When my daughter started I was told by Theresa how much The fee would be so for those 6 months I paid the fee I was told. My last month due to relocation I went in to pay, and Lisa told me I haven't been paying the correct amount, I told her okay sorry what do I pay now, this is my daughter last month anyways. She says never mind just pay whatever you pay. Again every interaction with this lady is awful. If anyone got a chance to meet Theresa you would understand how wonderful she is. If I didn't have to relocate I would've moved my daughter as soon as Lisa took over asap.

Very unprofessional! Ladies at the front office gossip and treat their staff horrible. They clock their workers out when the staff is still there working. Discrimination all the way! A hard working breastfeeding staff member was denied access to her child and was denied in multiple occasions to be able to go get a drink of water and not allowed to have a bottle of water in the classroom with her! Staff never has time to plan their classroom activities. Not allowed time to properly clean and disinfect their classrooms to include the toys. Kids are always sick there. Staff members are forced to work past their 8 hrs and they are clocked out by the front staff yet the staff member working past her 8 hr shift doesn’t get overtime or compensation for her time. At time of hire they tell you your shift will be 8-5 once hired on they tell you your shift may vary and you end up working from 0730-1930 shift while your child is in the next room exhausted and tired. Essentially the infant is working a 12 hr shift with the parent and is denied breastfeeding because the staff won’t allow it. Audie was feeding a breastfeeding infant Cheetos while the breastfeeding parent was busy closing, the staff member was not allowed to leave at her signed on time of 1700 per her contract. Audie stated she clocks them out, the staff, because they will get into trouble if the staff works over 8 hrs! This is not only discrimination but against labor laws, unpaid earned wages! This place should be investigated and that whole front staff should be fired immediately!
