I went there today around 12:29 there was screaming coming outside of this place (something scary) at first I thought the screams were coming from houses next to this horrible place but I was wrong once I went inside I seeing that they were putting the kids to sleep (nap time) I seen that one lady was fighting the kid to go to sleep and all the other kids looked terrified they were covering their faces with blankets it was something horrific .. I’m leaving this comment so parents can be aware and have precautions to what really goes down in this place and even go a bit earlier than the pick up time to see it for themselves…. I left very worried,sad and traumatized ☹️☹️DONT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!!!!!!

My son has been attending childtime since he was 4 months old. He is now 7 months old as we are getting ready to move to Texas, we will be leaving Childtime. I just want to leave a review to say the ladies there are the absolute best. They treat my son Jack like as if there were there own child. He loves them and always arrives and leaves with the biggest smiles. I always get feedback from how his day went and always feel comfortable knowing that he is in good hands while I am at work. They have helped him hit so many milestones and will absolutely miss the ladies there once we move.

This daycare is so badly managed my son was discontinued from the program for a very unfair reason other kids are doing the same thing trying to go outside and play because they haven’t been out because supposedly it’s wet outside but the day my son was dismissed from the program the weather outside was really cloudy cold and almost raining and that day they decided to take the kids outside but not my son they had him inside the office waiting to be picked up. What they should do is look for a solution like putting a child safety lock on the play ground door. Yes is a safety issue but this place has to focus on solutions not just dismiss your child from the program. Another thing the teacher Heather from the 4s class is always giving dirty looks to certain parents. Shows very little compassion or care for the kids this teacher is always on her phone and gossiping about other co-workers including her own bosses so rude and always has a negative attitude.Bertha the 2s teacher is a great teacher she has so much compassion and cares for her kids in the class always with a great positive attitude ,my son loved her.This lady is an over achiever works hard and she’s always focus on her class.

My daughter has attended this facility for just about 4 months. She just turned two when she started. She is now fully potty trained and identifies her letters! She loves the school and is quick to say "bye mommy" so she can play with her friends. The staff work very will with you, especially when it comes to potty training. My daughter was potty trained in under a month. I am very pleased with Childtime, and it brings peace to my mind, while at work, that my daughter is somewhere safe, having fun, and learning!

My son has been going to Childtime for almost two years. I absolutely love it! He has learned so much. The curriculum is awesome and very structured. They potty train, teach children manners, numbers, ABCs, they give them homework to turn in the next week, and they even do science experiments! They feed the children healthy food from breakfast, lunch, and a late afternoon snack. My son is always excited to go to school and tells me about his whole day when he comes home. He is still excited when he tells me everything he learned that day. My son's vocabulary has expanded widely since going to Childtime. It was the best decision for daycare I've ever made.

My daughter has been enrolled at Childtime (Moreno Valley) for a year and a half. Like any other child, my daughter would cry her little eyes out when I would drop her off. The caregivers and teachers taught my daughter to be more independent. After a while, she became so comfortable walking in to the school, that sometimes she would forget to say goodbye! The staff here is very friendly, and attentive to the children's needs, as well as attentive to any parent concerns (no matter how small). The staff at Childtime has taken care of our every need. I will gladly recommend them to anyone that's looking for childcare or pre-school. They have prepared my daughter for kindergarten. They challenged her at a kindergarten level once they realized that she understood all of the pre-school material. My daughter doesn't meet the age requirement for kinder, so I had her take an assessment for kindergarten entry, and the examiners were impressed with her knowledge. She passed the assessment with 100%. I can proudly say that my daughter graduated pre-school, and will be attending kindergarten this fall! I owe it all to the teachers and staff at Childtime! Thank you for everything!

STOP!!! PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ THE ENTIRE THING FOR YOUR CHILDREN!!! First let me say this daycare is one of the most unprofessional day cares ever. My son was attending this day care for a whole year and MS. Cynthia ask me to check my son out of the day care I’n the middle of the summer after I payed my summer registration fee. It was a last minute notification. I got no heads up! This day care do not know how to deal with a variety of children, the staffs are lazy and they have a lot of favoritism here. They want to get payed to do nothing!!! Cynthia told me that my kid does better in a smaller crowd like she’s a Doctor or sumthin.That is so not true because my son is at a better school now and he is doing just fine! She asked me to check my 2-year old son out becus he can’t talk and they are lazy and they don’t want to take the time out to give him the attention he needs. There’s all types of children in this world and as a facility they should know how to deal with all types of kids., diasable and all. It will just take more work, and they don’t want to do it. This school is money hungry and they truly don’t care about your kid they just there for a check, becus if they cared about my kid they wud have never ask him to leave. He always came home thirsty and hungry. This school is to fast paced for the toddlers and infants and they don’t need that it’s not healthy. If they cared about my kid they would have came up with a better solution for my son rather then having him leave and go through meeting new people all over again. I am a single mother and this was a big inconvenience, I had to come up with another registration fee at the end of the school year it really caught me off guard. And I suggest not sending your kid to this school because you never know how there treating your kid especially if your kid can’t talk. They want to just babysit, they don’t want to do anything hands on becus they are lazy! A lot of these staffs have there own kids to deal with so they damn sure don’t want to deal with yours! They are fake and phony will smile in your face and they really don’t like you or your kid. Trust me they have there favorites, they need to be shut down!!! Or hire new staff and get a new director! Becus they are just lazy. And I am happy my son left that school he’s more happier he’s talking now and they have better activities and they are more hands on where my son is at now. Every thing happens for a reason and now my son is learning and doing so good. But please don’t send your kid here this day care needs to get it together. Good luck parents on your day care search because it’s not easy. But I can guarantee this day care is not recommended out of my list! I want to let the world know how I was treated and what they put me and my baby through!

I've been with this daycare facility for two years, and it they seem to continuously make changes of their policies. One minute, they provide items; next minute they don't. Charges increase and they can't even explain them accurately; in fact, my program says that we shouldnt be charged for extra fees. they send your kid home for two diarrhea diapers "like parents have time to take off of work for that"; and they first said 3 diarrhea diapers, but changed it to two?. It's like, if you don't want to take care of kids, change your career...smh. There is nothing worse than trying to be working parent and your daycare is trying to make things harder for you to work.
