Do not enroll your child here. The ladies there are rude and do not provide a recap of your child’s day. Always rush you out with your child and again you do not have the opportunity to even ask how your child’s day was. My child has been enrolled there only since February and I hate the way they address you. Seems like the younger girl who works there is always in a bad mood, they are not friendly at all. Moving my child to another daycare who actually shows care in the children.

EMOTIONAL ABUSE!!!!
Sending my kids to this child care has been one of the worse experiences for me and 3 toddlers. The assistant director which is the owner’s daughter that works with toddlers yells at the kids. I have witnessed this lady stand over my son pointing in his face yelling at him intimidating my child because he said he had to use the restroom. When I spoke to her and the owner about her actions she told me that she’s just firm and that’s how she is. I thought that she would make changes but she continued on with her nasty attitude towards me and the kids.

She micromanages the kids and discipline them for doing normal things that toddlers do. My son would come home saying that Tina yelled at him and put him in time out for dancing to one of those Disney movie songs that she has them sit down and watch everyday. When I confront her about how she’s being mean to the kids she plays the victim. The kids there are good kids and they aren’t destructive they behave like kids and she stops them from doing that. When I pick up my kids the other kids at the daycare are either sitting at the table mute not being interactive with other kids like they are supposed to.

The owner doesn’t pay attention to her books and charge payments over charging me for days that my kids were not there and crediting the co pay to the following week. I would make payments with cash and get a receipt the following week her and her daughter would say that I didn’t make a payment so I would have to pull out receipts to show that I paid and I paid on time. The issue is that it was consistent with them not paying attention to payments and over payments.

Last week the assistant director argued with my oldest daughter while she was picking the kids up , about allowing my toddler to use the restroom before coming home. She told my daughter that my toddler used the bathroom already. My toddler told my daughter that she had to use the restroom again so my oldest daughter told her to use the restroom and the assistant director was upset.

It’s not just my kids that she’s mean to but the lady is mean to the kids. She does not allow them to be kids she treats them as if they’re in the military. They are allowed one toy a week and they have to play with that toy at the table. Most of the time the kids are sitting watching tv. The kids are too quiet and too restrained from doing what normal kids do.

I have since removed my children from their childcare and my kids are happy and love the new daycare. Now they are learning making friends and thriving. My empathy goes out to the other children that are at this childcare I’m assuming that the parents don’t know how their children are being treated there.

We are so very very sad to leave this beautiful amazing place! If we could have stayed here Jesse's whole daycare life we definitely would but moved to far to make the drive anymore. If you are looking for a great place that's going to love, teach and care for your children like their own this is the place!! The new daycare definitely has big shoes to fill. Thank you so much for loving Jesse and teaching him so much! Jesse loved coming to school every single day and that made my work day easy. I appreciate you guys we already miss you!!

I bring my foster daughter here and I am so comforted knowing that the owner was a foster parent herself! My girl is excited to go every day and has lots of friends. I love the staff, they are wonderful.

I brought my daughter here 3 years ago, came back for round two. My daughter adores the staff and sings their praises every, single, day... she never wants to leave! I appreciate Ms. Cheryl for her kindness and love for the children, but most importantly.... she's empathetic with each parent's needs. Ms. Cheryl worked with us on payments and adjusted her schedule to work with our crazy schedule. She provides a wonderfully structured environment for the children and loves them each as though they were her own. My daughter spent a month with a competitor, my little one was not happy, never wanted to go and couldn't wait to leave. Since the change, she's asked if she could spend the night with Ms. Cheryl and Ms. Tina at Children's Playhouse ?....... I'm happy with the care she's provided and would highly recommend their services! Despite the negative reviews that I've read, I can honestly say, when I've visited to pick up and drop off, I can see.... immediately..... this is more than a career for these kind ladies... these children have become their lives!

I’ve been taking my little one here since she was 3 months old, she is now going into first grade. Children's Playhouse is family owned and you can tell they truly care about the children and families who go there. My daughter loves going there and gives the owners hugs every morning I drop her off, which warms my heart knowing how much they care and how much she loves it there. I wouldn't dream of taking her anywhere else!

Children's playhouse is the worst daycare ever I remember when i was working there and I was sick I tried to call off but they still wanted me to come in can u believe tht! It's not a professional work place the owner of the place only gives her daughter special treatment which her daughter is the assistant director which I don't think it's fair and the owner doesn't care about her employees

Honestly, the place looked old, dirty and kinda run down. Tina wasn't a great host, she didn't even show me around she skipped past all that to get to the money part. The part that freaks me out. Is the gate outside by their playground. It was unlocked and when I brought up my concerns, I was told it stayed unlocked for parents to come get their children throughout the day. Basically anyone could go back there. Not safe for at all. Me, personally, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
