Completely unreliable, unprofessional, they do not take medical doctors opinions Into consideration and think they know everything well enough to diagnose a child when they have absolutely no authority to do so. Do not ever take your children here they will not take them or you seriously. They claim to rely on masters and bachleors degrees and think they hold up against the opinion of those with PHDs. They are unfit to be a place of education.

They lie so much it's ridiculous... Placed my 18 yr old with a weird man that was his friend for a while and my 13yr old with one of my family members that I asked not to place her with. Then my youngest with weird people. Telling me the rules of foster parents that I've Googled are old and that they don't apply but now my two youngest full names and pictures being posted on Facebook. Then saying my therapist/counselor is not qualified to misdiagnose me with something CPS is trying to label me with. They will not get my oldest kid diagnosis from Chicago he was under psychological care and their ignoring it so now all these false allegations that I can prove are false they just ignore it and try to move on to a whole new different one. Instead of bringing families together they keep them apart!!!! This organization should be shut down their disgusting!!!!

If you’re not white, these employees will discriminate you. They purposely do not answer the phones, or emails. They call you and lie to you saying that they will call you but they never do. I requested to speak with a supervisor, and nobody ever called me. If possible, file a discrimination complaint or lawsuit. It looks like many people are being discriminated against. Further, if nobody does anything, that’s why they keep doing this. We need to work together so they don’t discriminate us. Or purposely ignore us. Who knows what that they do to the children in their custody.

I have been with Children's Home for several years. Their level of compassion, professionalism and knowledge of care for the children and families is "Over and Above" in services. For a large, diverse organization, they maintain a very homey, individualized level of care atmosphere. We love you Children's Home!

Many of these caseworkers claim to have bachelor and master degrees, however, I have seen the extreme lack of intelligence and compassion they show kids. They lie, cheat, steal from clients. They miss important court cases and have no interest in protecting kids.

I have been trying to get in touch with a supervisor for them denying my rights as a care giver and they don't answer nor do they answer the emergency line.
