I have brought both my 11 year old here as well as 1.5 year old and will continue to bring my kids here. Megan who is the director of this location is amazing! Her communication is top tier which is highly important when bringing your child to daycare. The teachers are all very very nice and also communicate very well! They have the app to get daily updates and cameras you can watch anytime anywhere which is one of the reasons I’ve been loyal to them over the past 11 years. If I could leave more stars I would.

My daughter has been attending Children of America since she was 4 months old, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. All the teachers and staff are kind and patient. Two teachers that have stood out to me the most are Evelyn and Santana. When my daughter transitioned to the one-year-old room from the infant room, they made it easy for her. Evelyn and Santana always came up with great lesson plans to teach the children something different each day. They also took the time to talk with me about the progress of my daughter and keep me informed as much as possible. My daughter was always happy to see them which warmed my heart.

I’m very happy I found COA 2 years ago. I can go to work knowing my child is safe with good hearted teachers. Ms. Diane was an angel. Ms. Santana and Ms.Evelyn are amazing with my toddler. They are patient, attentive, caring and loving. I am forever grateful with them. I can watch my daughter from my phone or desktop at work whenever I want. They keep me updated with notes, pictures and they let me know how her day went as well. I give them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My daughter is a year old with what I thought was separation anxiety because I have never been able to drop her off anywhere without her loosing it but I had to start work and daycare was the only option I chose this daycare over the rest because when we walked out to check it out they had their wall filled with the kids crafts and everyone looked happy along with the fact that they had cameras
I truly believe that my daughter would absolutely hate it but to mine and my whole families surprise she likes it! And I can not thank Diane the teacher enough for making it a safe space for my daughter they are all very nurturing and amazing with great patience I am very happy with this daycare!

We love the care COA has given both our kids over the years. Ms. Lindsey, Ms. Jenni, Ms. Evelyn, Ms. Priscilla & Ms. Diane (to name a few teachers) have done an amazing job showing our kids so much love, helping them learn and grow, and just being there for them. I cannot say enough good things about Children of America South Elgin (COA)! As a parent, I feel incredibly at ease dropping my child off every day, knowing he is in excellent hands. The staff takes amazing care of my 2-year-old son, focusing not only on his well-being but also on his education and health.
Since Meghan became the director, COA has improved drastically. She frequently shares valuable resources with families about local community activities, events, and family fun opportunities, which makes us feel more connected. Everyone who works at the center is friendly, approachable, and caring, not only with the children but with the parents as well.
I especially want to recognize Mrs. Santo and Ms. Gabby. We are so blessed to have them as my son's teachers; both of them also taught my oldest child, who is now seven. Lastly, I want to highlight Ms. Diana. She is simply the best, and my 7-year-old always stops by to see her because he enjoys being around her so much. Her dedication and genuine care for her job and her students are truly evident
Finally, I'd like to share a personal story. When I first became part of COA, my daughter, who was 13, often came with me for drop-offs and pick-ups. She became so interested in COA and teaching that she told me, "When I grow up, I want to be a teacher." I'm thrilled to say that Ms. Jenny is now part of the COA team as a teaching assistant, fulfilling her dream of working with children and helping others.

Have brought my kids here for a few years now. They love it especially when they have a lot of fun activities! Also love how they start teaching them basics at a young age. Megan has always been so helpful in many ways, ms Evelyn treats the children like her own, mr santos and ms diana Is also my kids go to favorite! Highly recommend

My niece loves it here, she loves the feeling of thinking she’s going to school and learning with all the other kids and wonderful staff. Large shout out to Santana and Estrella for all the positive energy my niece receives.
