First, I was greeted by a young man named lumen. He kept his head down, Voice low in the interaction was very dull. Chick-fil-A is known for its great atmosphere and energetic employees. I told him that everything‘s gonna be OK and to cheer up. On top of that, I ordered a breakfast burrito bowl and I honestly wanna throw it away because there was barely any food in it. I don’t know who’s over this location, but it definitely needs some management help.

We did mobile order, dine in. Maybe priority was given to drive through customers? We waited for awhile. The food was delicious and order correct when it came.
Women's bathroom was small and below Chick-fil-A cleanliness standard.

Be wary of buying Spicy Southwest Salad w/ Spicy Grilled Filet (Cold). The portion of the chicken is sparse. It seems as if a half chicken filet was used for each salad.

We had a great experience! The whole staff was very friendly. We would like to thank Kevin Kite for coming over and speaking with us. We enjoyed our conversation about family and kids growing up. Kevin, the girls loved the treat you gave them. It was a special surprise for them as we got back on the road for vacation. Thank you!

I ordered grilled chicken sandwich on a GF bun. When my sandwich was delivered to my table, a team member saw me get up with my take my tray back to the counter and quickly intervened. He personally brought the correct order to me and offered to bring me a cookie. Since I cannot eat gluten, he later brought me a gift card for a future purchase. I really appreciated all that he did to make it right. It let me know how much the location cares about customer service.

This place is filthy. Do they expect the customer to wipe off their own table? All the tables had stuff on them.

Chick Fil A forgot to give us our hashbrowns which is not an issue, people make mistakes and forget. We politely went back into the drive thru line to let them know and the young man working there said he would go inside and let them know that they forgot. He had just took care of our order so knew we had indeed ordered hash browns. When I went in the employees were extremely rude and accusatory.

Attached photo of the receipt for the very unprofessional and disrespectful employee who rudely insulted us to another employee helping us implying to check our receipt since I looked like I was just trying to get free food. Implying your customers are trying to steal is disgusting and though we go to chick fil an often this occurrence will definitely make us think twice if we are going to be wrongly treated like criminals. Chick Fil A used to be known for their customer service.

Disrespecting us over some hashbrowns that we PURCHASED is insane.
