I’m currently enrolled and the program is amazing! I just passed my CNA course and Ms. Ashlaw was truly amazing! She’s patient, flexible, and truly wants her students to succeed. Next I will be taking Phlebotomy and EKG and I heard great things about both professors so I’m excited 🙂

I came to CCLC to complete my phlebotomy and EKG training. The staff and process to enroll and complete the courses was very easy, CCLC offered endless support and even trained students to take the patient care tech exam if you have completed both phlebotomy and EKG courses. Classes were taught in a hybrid style where they began with online zoom classes and quizzes which then transitioned into in person learning and clinicals. Front desk staff was also very sweet and welcoming everytime (shoutout to Kevin). I love the environment at CCLC and would recommend it to anyone looking to get certified, they have a location in evergreen park as well!! I am now a licensed Phlebotomy Technician and Patient Care Technician and CCLC even provided support in job searching after completion of your certificate. Great school and programs!

Mr. Shannon started me with the program rushed me to start the class without the voucher the class was so full with small desk you could hardly move around after my voucher was given Mr. Shannon started treating me like a long-lost student before that he was calling making sure everything was good, he's mad because I started class and noticed I had a expired workbook and textbook when I went to class on 97 and western I called him he stated it wasn't his responsibility so I asked him can he give me the information to the person who was responsible for me getting updated work books and he said he don't know and told me that I was so BITTER and talking to me any kind of way I've reached out to the Campus Coordinator Zarbab Ahmed he was rude I've emailed the director Asifia Rather still haven't heard ANYTHING BACK STILL NO UPDATED BOOKS MISSED A DAY OF CLASS AND GONE MISS TOMORROW BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE BOOKS I WILL BE SENDING THE EMAIL OVER AND OVER UNTIL MY VOICE IS HEARD AND WRITING REVIEWS ON HOW RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL THE STAFF ARE!!!!

At the first I would like to say that I am really happy to find this school. Cclc is a great school especially the staff ( Mr. Shannon,
Ms. Aishah, and kevin) they care about you and make sure you get everything that is needed to pass. Great people, you will not regret coming here.
I strongly recommend you to have experience there.
Thanks CCLC

So I haven't even started yet, but I just want to say that Mr. Shannon has already went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me. I'm at a turning point in my life and I had so much anxiety even attempting this, moving, starting the classes, and so on. Mr. Shannon just took all of that away, and had so much patience answering my questions. You an tell he genuinely cares and wants to help everyone succeed. Thank you sir.

They’ve deleted my review , so I’ll go again . Mr.Shannon are telling students to start their program without their voucher and to lie to their career coach and tell them they haven’t started when they did so . When I started cclc and when I first met Mr.Shannon he only referred to me as G . Then he told me to start my process with my voucher and to put 300$ and I wouldn’t have to pay anymore. Next month I had got a call from Angie stating I needed to put money down again . While
Going back and forth stating I wouldn’t have committed to this if I knew I would have to pay every month they kicked me out of the program. I had missed two days of school because of Covid sent them my test results and they still kicked me out stating I missed too many days . But Mr.shannon called me stating Iesha was mad because I hung up on her which I didn’t and she said to kick me out . This experience while being in class was quite disturbing . It seems like they are money hungry and it needs to be under investigation. Mr.Shannon talks down to his student and is not professional at all . I will be posting screenshots soon , I’ve just gotten a new phone but will do once I find the old one.

I’ve been attending CCLC since March of last year I’m almost at the finish the school is fast paced but they have good staff there especially Aisha Pasha she is so sweet and have good advice and so empathy and you can speak with her about anything regarding school or not and she keeps her lines open to us and that’s the support we need especially be adults and further our education but Aisha is definitely a breath of fresh air and she kept me on the right track through this Journey Thanks you to CCLC and especially to Aisha Pasha!❤️

I appreciate all the staff at this program. I specifically acknowledge Mr. Shannon, Dr. Soto, Ms. Jamie, and of course Mr. Kevin. They are all an inspiration and the key to my success of my program. They saw my flaws and helped me persevere through the challenges. I commend them as a whole and as individuals I would have not finished without them. My only advice is to keep going no matter what obstacles are in your way no matter how long it takes. It’s definitely worth it. I’ve been through so much the pass 8 months in this program but with the said names above I made it through.
