I would give 5 stars if the children were ever allowed to play outside in the fenced-in grassy back yard adjacent to the center.
I think it's unhealthy for kids to be kept inside 24/7.
Romping free play time outdoors is part of a healthy day, and it's a shame that the center doesn't incorporate this into the schedule.

H O R R I B L E daycare. I don't even know where to start. Lets start off with the " director" who is extremely unprofessional, I think she woke up one morning like " lets open a daycare" she has 0 regard for the children, or their wellbeing. The other old lady who is in the front as well is just as bad. I went to enroll my baby, and heard the way she screams at the children she was in the back. I was in the front office area, and I heard her yelling, she was LOUD yelling at them to SIT DOWN. i walked right on out. my daughter is 9 months, she can't talk. she wouldn't be able to tell me what goes on, and the way I heard the owner scream at the children...I believe she is the type to pinch babies just because. I cant give more of an opinion because my baby didn't even make it into the school. that first impression was enough of a warning sign for me . 0 stars , do not waste your money. I always try to support black owned business however, this is just a different level of ghetto,

My babies love going to Charming Children!!! They enjoy spending time with their friends and they absolutely love their teacher!!! I love it because it’s one of the cleanest centers I’ve ever seen and also I know my children are eating healthy meals and are being well cared for!!

I guess me and the Thurmond family share the same experiences with trying to enroll my son . Business suppose to be business and since the first day I came to this daycare for enrollment October 4 ,2022 I been getting the run around . I provided all required documents for enrollment and I also paid 150 for registration fee for Enrollment … it is now October 27, 2022 he still ain’t enrolled and was told today after taking my money & personal documents of me and my son information for him to still not be enrolled ! Yes I received my money back as well as our documents but the time I spent going back & fourth I can’t get Back! My son is still not in daycare , & today was my first day of new job .. wish I’ve experienced the welcoming other received but I guess God plans is better when choosing the care of my child .

I love them so much! I was so scared to put my 2yr old in daycare but it’s been the absolute best! They have so many activities to keep the children engaged. My daughter loves getting up for school everyday and seeing her teachers. Very clean and professional. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love this daycare . They are patient with my daughter with her childcare change . They are willing to work with me and my scheduling & they make sure they communicate with the parent . With the pandemic taking a huge part in our life these days , I can say I appreciate how they are willing to be there for the parents & do the best they can for the children . Thank you , thank you , thank you ! This childcare has been truly a blessing to me and my family .

All of my 4 of my children have attended Charming and still do they have so much too offer and really care about the needs of the children mentally and physically it’s hard to find daycares these days to trust with watching your children she doesn’t just babysit so teaches them helps with homework and online learning and during this pandemic she has really does her part as far as ensuring the safety and health of each child ...They are always so nice and clean I really wouldn’t want my kids to go anywhere else!

Now I went up there last week on a Thursday was told to come back the next week on Tuesday which was yesterday to do paper work never told me all that I need just told me come back I came back only to be told to come back next week on a Tuesday at 4:30 tbh I feel like the lady didn’t want to enroll my 2 year old son so instead she wasting my time and sending me off when all she could have said was no I’m a single mother so it’s been hard trying to find daycare so I can work normally I don’t do bad reviews but I honestly been bother all yesterday and today by it cause my time is being wasted and instead of being professional she giving me the run around they might have helped everyone else but no one helped me haven’t got anywhere besides wasting gas and time As I Stated Before No She Hasn’t Told me what all to bring but I did bring some documents before I gave what I had she had already told me that I would have to come back so please check your director because this was never said even when she called my phone back to come enroll it was a lie and I’ll be happy to come back up there and let it be known it was a lie she acted like she didn’t wanna even help me for u to say she said this no she never said anything Untill after no worries after what I experienced I’m not looking foward for any help thanks for nothing once again
