Michael did my perm. I was only the 2nd person he did a perm on, and he was great. You could tell he really loved his craft because he took all his direction from his instructor to heart. He was excited to watch the process from beginning to end and know that he was the reason my hair turned out so well.

Overall I give them a 4 for a positive experience. I have 4c type hair and the only ones with experience was the instructors. My stylist was Nikki, who was willing to learn and wanted to work with my hair. I gave her some tips on working with 4c type hair, she was open to them. I got a wash, trim and flat press. My ends were pretty damaged. Overall the experience was positive. My suggestions would be for the students and instructors to wear aprons with school logo, would give environment a more professional cohesive feel and then you will also be able to tell student and instructors from clients. Also name tags, the individuals who touched my hair never introduced themselves. I learned as I was leaving to pay who my stylist was and only after listening to a conversation at the counter checking out. I never learned the instructors name that trimmed my hair.

Got my hair box Knowles braids by Rachel and Maggie and I am very satisfied especially it being their first time on a real person. I came in, my hair was knotted and they both calmy worked on my hair with no jusgement. Thank you ladies
