Ethan Brooks and his Nurse Karly are excellent at their job. They're clear, calm and I feel heard. I was so pleased with the results of my treatment. When my appointment was over I was able to walk outside and into my car easier than how I walked in and in pain. They're an amazing team!! Thank you so much! Well done!

As a new patient, I was more than pleased with my care from Jessica Birkey. She is very compassionate, listened very intently and explained everything very thoroughly. I also feel that she’s very knowledgeable and well educated as an audiologist. I look forward to working with her in the future. I would also like to give a shout out to Andrea, from my first phone call to meeting her in person, she was great!

I just LOVE Dr Alikahns staff. Dr listens to you does not rush me out of office. Jamie is the best! She is such a caring person and so down to earth. I just love her! And Heather always greets me with a smile and knows my name. She is just best too!!! Staff is just so caring and compassionate and I am thankful for them all!!!!

I was very sorely disappointed. I had called ahead and checked with someone in the audiology department regarding a hearing test and a hearing aid. I was told that they Accepted my Humana/Medicare/Medicaid for both parts. The person I talk to, which, of course I didn’t get her name down. Told me she even checked it with the doctor. This was back at the time I made the appointment. When I arrived, I was told they didn’t accept it for either thing. The Doctor Who explained this was very kind, but it still didn’t change how frustrating it was for me. My daughter had gone down to Peoria with a possible stroke the day before and because I had waited so long to get a hearing aid and hearing test I kept my appointment with CGH!

Friendly & courteous staff, from the young lady that checked me in, to the nurse the took me back to a room. And for a first meeting, I especially found that the Dr I seen ( Danelle Saunders ) was very pleasant, and made me feel very comfortable during my heart appointment. Will definitely be using her & her staff for future visits.

It was a very busy morning in Ortho but they did a great job of getting me in to see Dr Hanlon only 15 minutes past my appt time. Everyone smiling and friendly. I’ve been a patient of Dr Hanlon’s for many years and always receive excellent compationate care with a smile.

Shannon is a great provider. She always takes time to talk with me and discuss any questions I ask. She’s very knowledgeable and gives me suggestions when I ask. I didn’t wait long and was out of there quickly. Her staff is very friendly too!
