CFX Willowbrook is one of the cleanest facilities I’ve been to. Great atmosphere and taste of music! I always see the red headed girl maintaining the machines and bathrooms. She help me update my card information

I had a great experience with Hailey when she provided me with a personal assessment. Even though I wasn’t looking for a personal trainer at the time, she took the time to evaluate my needs and offer insightful recommendations. Her knowledge really stood out, especially in how she was able to work around my injuries and help me fine-tune my workout program.

Beyond her expertise, Hailey is also incredibly kind and easy to get along with. She made the process enjoyable and stress-free. If I ever do look for a trainer, I wouldn’t hesitate to go to her!

Great gym, atmosphere 10/10.. no problems with the girls bathroom, always clean. If theyres every a problem I just ask the girl upfront and shes always very helpful

This gym is meh. The equipment needs repair, torn padding, hard to read weight numbers, parts missing, just flat out broken. The men’s locker room is a pigsty. I’m sure the lockers have NEVER seen a wipe down. I see vacuums but I don’t think they know how to use them. As far as mops go, I wonder if they even own one. Broken doors, idiots writing inside the lockers, it’s a real mess.

How anyone could use the showers or walk in bare feet in that dump is beyond me.

Country Side and Homer Glen are cleaner.
I guess when people keep paying they don’t feel the need to hold up their side of the deal.

It’s a pit.

I really have nothing but good things to say about this gym. It’s size is great because even at the busiest times, I feel like I hardly have to wait for any machines.

The place is always pretty clean and the staff is friendly. The price per month is pretty reasonable for what you get.

I like the warm up area, the punching bag, the amount of higher-use machines, and how the equipment is generally newer and in pretty good condition.

I switched away from a smaller gym that was closer to home and this one blows it out of the water.

My only suggestions are this. Some of the pull up grips on the racks need to be replaced, and it would be nice to have an extra area to deadlift. A Glute-Hamstring raise machine would be awesome as well!

If you're a gym goer with low to moderate experience looking for a place to put your head down and do some work, this place is fine. Lots of machines, 'enough' benches usually, only two squat racks plus two Smiths.

If you're a pro or you're looking for vibes, this isn't the spot, unless your vibes are People You Wish Wouldn't Come to Thanksgiving. Permanent fixtures regardless of day or time are unattended 11 year olds and divorced dads looking for captive audiences to yap at because their families are obviously done with them.

Bring your own WD-40, machines are old, not maintained, hard to move from being dry. At least 10 years going, same machines from 10+ years ago.

I would not suggest this gym. The locker room is always a mess and the cleaning seems to be on the members.

In addition, please no that when you cancel, you cannot cancel over the phone. In addition, it’s a 30 day cancellation notice. So basically this place squeezes an extra payment out of you even if you can’t use the facility.

I would find somewhere else to go that’s 24/7.
