My twin girls have been receiving care with Castle Valley since they were born. Their ability to refer in a small valley, collaborate with Children's hospital and other services provider and follow my children through the first vital years of their life has been nothing but exceptional. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a PCP in the Valley.

I recently switched to this clinic from Pediatric Partners and so I glad I did. I’m very happy so far. Dr. Percy is very attentive and pays close attention to all of our concerns. We’ve been in and out for the past month and every time the Drs are very courteous and listen to everything I have to say and feel like they really care. My only negative would be the waiting time. First couple time we’ve waited for over 30 minutes. Other than that, I love the place.

My brother and I were brought here as kids and loved it and so did our parents as well, so I figured bringing my son here was a perfect choice. Everything was going great until we went in for a routine visit and immunizations and they let us know they forgot to give him his MMR vaccine ONE.YEAR.LATER. WTF! We looked back at his yellow vaccine card and his medical records and it was signed by the nurse but no vaccine was given. 🤬. Now he has to be on a delayed schedule for it. Safe to say we switched to pediatric partners and are loving it. This is place is going downhill and quick. They are more concerned over cash flow than patient care..

RESPONSE TO OWNERS RESPONSE: You asked us to transfer care after we had missed appointments because of this reason, which obviously you had no idea why we weren’t going to our appointments anymore. I have a copy of the medical records thanks. Nice try invalidating my review though.

Amazing service and attention to detail. Both Dr. Levin and Dr. Neff really take their time to make sure your child is doing well; they are patient and detailed when explaining things and have a great charm with kids. Another huge gold star for not having nurses with long nails. Everyone is professional and kind.

We have loved CVCC since we started going a couple years ago. We’ve had exceptional care from the nurses and doctors through regular check ups, as well as various health complications when our son was a baby. I love this clinic. If it wasn’t for this clinic I don’t know where my daughter would be today. My daughter has special need and has very complex Medical history. I have been taking her to this clinic since she was 3 years old and she is now 13 years old. All of the providers always listen to me and take there time with her. Our recent visit to the Pediatrician for our son's 18 month checkup was inexcusably the most horrific experience we have ever encountered at any medical clinic we have ever visited. Our appointment was scheduled for 1:30 and we arrived at 1:15, filled out paperwork and paid a "deposit" for what was quoted over the phone as an 18 month check up fee. After waiting until about 1:45 we were finally brought back into an exam room. Our son was weighed and measured and then back to the exam room; the exam room was extremely hot, dead bugs on the floor and one small toy to play with. After 30 mins of waiting to be seen the Nurse Practitioner came in did the normal check, asking and answering questions etc... We were brought back our paperwork and then went to the front desk to check out, it is now around 2:45 and we have now been in the office for over an hour. While waiting to be checked out we are informed that they had messed up and charged the incorrect "deposit" fee for our son's checkup and we would need to pay more money. After letting the receptionist know we would not be paying additional money, the owner was asked to come to the front to speak with us. Her response was nothing more than demeaning saying, "We understand that sometimes square pegs don't fit into circular holes." As degrading as a comment as this was to hear from the owner of Children's Care Clinic we are pleased to say that we will never subject our son nor ourselves to visiting this clinic again; we would recommend the same to you and your family.
