Jennifer's knowledge, compassion, humor and grace under pressure has lessened our anxiety about the path ahead. We're based in Los Angeles and she knows to arrange meetings around our time/traffic constraints which makes things run smoothly. And she doesn't just set up the meetings, she shows up as well and takes the tours with us - asking important questions, drawing things to our attention that we haven't thought of. By way of this review I would like to thank Liz for an exceptional job, well done. I make medical decisions for a friend and we needed to find a place ASAP for her. Liz listened patiently to an explanation of my friend’s needs & knew just what would be a perfect fit for her. Within a few hours she called with possible locations & we were able to visit and make a decision the next morning. She walked us through the necessary paperwork required for the facility & connected us with the people who could complete the 602 paperwork and the chest X-ray. We were able to move our friend into the facility the next day. It was nothing short of a miracle.
