Though I do not know or remember the echo techs name, she was very nice, very sharp, and very thorough. I have had at least 3 echos in the last couple of years and she was by far the best. In general I think highly of CVISD as well. They are generally as good as you would expect for your care and sometimes they surprise you and are beyond expectations.

The staff, in particular Griselda the office manager, is ALWAYS extremely helpful, supportive, polite and respectful and courteous!! Very nice and outgoing friendly. Griselda is a GREAT asset CVISD-Escondido. She ALWAYS has a smile 😃 and brightens up my day when I’m feeling down!!

I was going to be a new patient. However, they don't keep their appointments. And they don't notify when when they get cancelled. They say they do but they don't. I made two separate appointments each one was cancelled without notification. The first one was canceled the night before the appointment. They apologized and I thought they wouldn't do this again. They did. Twice. Both times I drove almost an hour each way to get there. Their doctors may be great but I would never know. I lost my trust in them since they can't keep appointments. It's a big deal! I believe the front office is a reflection of the doctors who work there. They represent the doctors. What a circus! It hurt me. I really need to see the doctor. I do have serious condition. Maybe they'll run out the clock and I'll get help when I end up in the emergency room.

The doctors and staff here are very pleasant and professional.
I’ve always been treated with the utmost respect. The ladies at the front desk (Gnselda) and (Rebecca) are very helpful and attentive to your needs always have a smile on their face. The vein team are also great especially Brian he helped put me at such ease during my procedures. I highly recommend them.

When I think of the overall experience at each and every visit, I am blown away by the personal care and friendliness of everyone I encountered.

First, the front desk staff is awesome. Everyone is friendly, empathetic, and professional. Stephanie is an amazing person and went above and beyond to get insurance approvals for several appointments. The whole team worked very hard to make my appointments happen in a short time. I got reminder phone calls for every appointment, and personal follow up calls after my procedure and even weeks later.

Every med-tech and nurse made me feel comforted and relaxed during a difficult time, when I was stressed about not knowing what was going on with my health.

They work on a tight schedule. When I showed up for an appointment, the wait was very short. My former doctor made me wait over an hour, while he met with the pharma sales rep.

My doctor is a real Superhero. She was very thorough and knew everything about my condition and history before the visit. She asked very pointed questions and explained some difficult medical terminology and answered all of my questions without hesitation. And that was just the beginning. She did the procedure at the hospital and I could not have been happier with anyone else.

I don't remember ever having been to a medical office that worked so well together. They obviously care about people and treated me like my life was in their hands.

This clinic is very unprofessional. They don’t follow up with appointments or they change then and reschedule without any notice until I called them to ask why I didn’t got the phone call. They said that they called me and it was a not show so that they had to reschedule. I told them that I didn’t received any phone calls from them and after that she said I apologize it seems like the results are not ready yet. I understand their position, but why would they said it was a no show appointment when they never called and then say that my results are not ready? It seems like they are very unorganized and have no idea what their services mean to us the customers. They keep changing appointments without confirming first with the patient and make excuses up. They don’t care about their patients care.

I want to share with all of Escondido and San Diego County for that matter. CVISD’s Escondido office is recommended highly by me. I have received several months of testing, consultations, and treatments. The staff is extremely professional, and so friendly. My doctors name is Dr. Deepthi Sudakar, she is thorough and kind. I can’t think of all the staff members names, but every single one has been so kind and so professional and keep me in the loop at all times. The office is sparkling, clean, and I have never had to wait long to be seen. I rate this place a five out of five stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I really appreciate all of the Cardiovascular Institutes in San Diego County. I recently moved to Riverside County and I still drive down to Escondido because I love the efficiency, the kindness and the professionalism and courtesy I receive from Doctor Carlson and everyone at the Escondido location. I hope I never have to change because of where I live, but in the meantime, I’m getting the best care I know! These guys saved my life literally and the procedure I had has completely eliminated any issues with atrial fibrillation. I am so blessed and so grateful to have met Doctor Carlson and the Cardiovascular Institute.
