Not such a good experience. After reviewing the circumstances with CA HR services around the decision to terminate an employee 100% based on performance that was currently out sick, we were told the risk of a law suit was very low based on the information and documentation we provided to CA HR services. Now our company is being sued for 80K. Our attorney who is now handling our case told us that was "terrible advice" and that we should have brought the employee back for a minimum of 30 to 60 days before proceeding with the termination.
