Big thanks to C2 Education for helping me study for the SAT. They were super flexible and I truly had a great time getting tutored there. I could really bond with my tutors and it was a fantastic learning environment. The staff of C2 truly want you to succeed and are super supportive of your endeavors. Overall I was able to raise my SAT score by over 200 points with their help!

Unethical practices. Most of the positive reviews on here are from former employees and their friends. Don’t be fooled by them. Signed my daughter up and paid 100% (almost 11k) upfront because I didn’t think my daughter wasn’t going to like the program. Presley was great throughout the process in convincing my daughter to tryout for the program and if she didn’t like it we were going to get back 100% of our money as long as she doesn’t go beyond 10 hours. 8 hours into the program she was complaining that they were not teaching her the topics that she was struggling with at school. I contacted them to see if they could modify her tutoring to align with what she was struggling with but no one reached out back. After several attempts I requested for a full refund and thats when the district director returned my email. Beware that they record your kid present even if you notify them of a class cancellation. They inflated her hours from 8 to 12 in order not to honor the 100% refund. I learned that they had gotten rid of the previous director(Presley) and the front desk staff (Jess) who were so wonderful. The district director Danielle is extremely rude and nasty. I wish I had spoken to people before signing up my daughter. Find a private tutor or a different company for your children.

Most unprofessional place I have seen. No clue in terms of what is happening and how.
After taking classes for many months since Sep 2023, today my daughter was sent back from the center and not allowed to take classes because the contract isn’t signed.

Not sure how it wasn’t raised before and even though I said that send me the link to sign now, the answer was he is busy and he will get to it later. And sent my daughter back

Very very unprofessional- how can they not know this before and/or have time to resend now and me signing.

Hope there is anyone who looks at this acts. Very bad place for kids to experience in my opinion.

Theyre pretty intent on helping you with anything you need, especially mike who will not only make sure that you understand the subject and what youre struggling with but will also bond with you by sharing stories and advice.
