I’m reviewing C2 as a student, albeit a particularly difficult one. I have to commend this establishment for helping me out with my ACT prep, and more importantly, my difficult English class. Special thanks to Phillip Merrick, one of the English tutors currently working, for really showing me how successful I can be in essay writing if I put my mind to it. He always keeps me on track, no matter how annoying it must be to deal with my antics. The flexible scheduling is also quite nice to have, as I have a lot going on being a busy student who can’t always do his homework on time PHILLIP. The social aspect also should he be overlooked, as I always enjoy coming in and hanging out with the tutors and other students there. Great environment. I do have a formal complaint about one of the chairs being too squeaky though, it makes it hard to focus on work. Assuming that will get fixed post haste, I will rate this place 5 stars. If this problem continues, I will have to drop that to a passive aggressive 3.5, so I suggest getting some chair oil, and doing it soon.

My daughter started going to C2 about two months ago.Our goal was to get her prepared for the SAT exams but she is now getting tutored on an AP science class too, by the same tutor when needed which is great. Stacy, the center director, has been very accommodating with our scheduling needs; she is very knowledgable about the college application process; She always gets back with us in a timely manner. I have not interacted with my daughter’s tutor, Zach, but my daughter enjoys her classes with him. I guess we will see how much she will improve her SAT score in the coming months. Their pricing is more affordable than other places in the City- somewhat due to their 3 on 1 structure (three students/ one tutor/session). As a part of our package, we also get to sit down with Stacy formally once a month and go over things and discuss the road map in this process which is very helpful.

Stacy and her team at the Lincoln Park C2 branch are worth the money we spent to help our high school children recover not only their lost education due to Covid but also helped them excel at their standardized tests and also improve their GPA since becoming enrolled in C2. The fringe benefits of increased confidence and self-worth also can not be overstated. Stacy took the time to understand each child's character, interests, and weaknesses. She incorporated that with the appropriate curriculum when assigning an appropriate tutor. She was also flexible with our scheduling (must honor the 24 hour cancellation or reschedule requirement, mind you ). My children should also be commended. My eldest spent the entire summer attending 8 hours/week C2 lessons in order to raise their ACT score. Didn't complain and gave up many days hanging with friends to study. The eldest was admitted to all 7 colleges they applied. And received, depending on the school, from $8K-$36K per year in merit/grant scholarship. Another child in high school went from a borderline C-D in a mathematics class to a strong A in 2.5 months. I never write reviews. But in this case, I strongly support the approach Stacy takes to helping young people not only catch up, but also how to study and learn the material so that the learning process is sustained and feeds the kids' desire to want to continue to learn. I know it is expensive. But if you and your child are committed, you will reap the financial and intellectual rewards.

While working to improve my ACT score, I studied with Vincent, Jesus, and Anosh. All were extremely kind, helpful, and patient, and I felt comfortable asking questions when I didn't understand a concept, something that I struggle with in school. Not only did the three of them help me improve my score dramatically in only five months, but they each helped me feel more confident in both my test-taking ability and myself. Overall, C2 was an excellent experience!

We love C2 as they have helped my daughter excel in her studies. Stacy and her tutors are very invested and enthusiastic in the work they do! C2’s Lincoln park team has done a tremendous job in guiding and teaching our daughter. It has been a wonderful experience for all of us and I hope to keep in touch once our daughter graduates next year.

Sign up the contract at C2Education was one of the best decisions I have made when my child was in 10 grade. C2Education not only prepared her for ACT/SAT but also gives her huge confidence during a whole college process. My daughter at her dream school now and I am very happy for her. Great place to prepare your kids for college tests, AP exams, and other education needs. My 3 kids went through C2 for over 10 years by now. So, I can say I really committed to C2, and thus I know what I'm talking about C2. Started out originally at Naperville location. The Naperville C2 manager was just terrible (like in 2020)! She had no long term plan and lacked customer service. So, after certain problems and issues with the Naperville C2 manager, I switched over to C2 of Lincoln Park about 10 months ago and met Stacy there, and it was the best decision I've made. It's not a short drive to get to C2 Lincoln Park, but I wish I've done it long ago before my 2 older kids go to college. Now, my last kid is HS junior, and Stacy at C2 Lincoln Park is doing magic that Naperville C2 (I already forgot the manager name there) can't do. The C2 location does matter, and the C2 manager also matters. Stacy at C2 Lincoln Park knows what she's doing. She understands the situation, very smart in coming up with a long term plan tailored to my kid's specific needs and situation and college goal. She is very nice and it's a joy talking with Stacy. Stacy has lots of kids' scores and achievements on the wall in her office, and it's encouraging to see all those. I feel very proud of those kids' successes, and I'm sure all of them would thank Stacy. C2 is very lucky to have Stacy, and I wish all other C2 locations run like C2 at Lincoln Park and all other managers perform as well as Stacy.

C2 has been really great for our kids. Stacy and the team of educators have been very responsive to all of our needs, and we've seen a lot of progress if our kids' educational development. MUCH better than Kumon which was very disappointing. The teaching at C2 is tailored to each of our 3 kids. Problem areas are identified and then focused on. And our kids adore the teachers. Highly recommended!
