Highly upset! The place is always clean but the staff aren’t as welcoming. We’ve all heard the saying “eyebrows are sisters not twins.” Ok got that. But why do my eyebrows look like long lost cousins. I have naturally thick eyebrows so I went in for a simple clean up. Not only did she thread damn near all of my eyebrow hair off trying to achieve the shape “she” wanted, One is higher than the other and the shape of each brow is very noticeably different. No telling how long it’ll take for the fullness to come back into my brow. I called to explain what was going on and was offered a free service. If the paid service went like this I definitely don’t want a “free” service. The manager did try to fix it by giving offering me $16 back but as a woman that don’t wear makeup $16 isn’t enough for me to comfortably walking around looking “surprised” or “curious” because of how she shaped my eyebrows. I’m pissed !

I would highly recommend this place. This place is clean, family friendly and the staff is professional. If you are looking for a lash tech but don’t want to pay the very high prices come here. If you are tired of going to the nail shop to get lashes put on. Please come here!!! I started coming here a few months ago and they truly have a customer for a very long time if not for life. The prices are reasonable and you will be in and out.

NEVER GOING BACK! My eyebrows have 2 different shapes & once I told the lady she started to act like she don’t know English. They know they be messing people up & don’t even care . They just smile because they know u still have to pay

Went in to get eyebrow tinting done for 12 year old, the stylist preyed on insecurities to attempt to upsale and talk us into getting daughters eyebrows threaded. The color is too dark and would've been darker if we didn't request it to be removed before the 10 mins were up. We went here because it was convenient and will definitely be sticking to our usual place (Zephyr Bar + salon) from here on out.

The place is clean,but the staff are not so welcoming and friendly. The person who did my eyebrows did ok but not friendly. She almost acted like my questions were bothering her. I also got my brows tinted and she acted as if she couldn't recommend one choice of tint over the other. I won't go back!

The lady was rude in her comments toward my wife. Asked if I was her daughter and also made comments about gray hair. Service was fine but the comments she made towards her were degrading.

Have been coming here since I moved to Illinois in 2022. Employees are always friendly & I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen (walk-in). Will continue to come back for eyebrow threading.

I walked in to get my eyebrows TINTED and tinted only. I shaped my own eyebrows before I came into brow spa the way I wanted I just needed them dyed. I told the lady at the desk I only wanted tinting. She asked me if I wanted henna or regular I told her I wanted regular because I ONLY wanted the hairs dyed not the skin. I sit down and she started THREADING my eyebrows when I told her just tint. I said “please do not make them any thinner if you’re cleaning the other hairs I can’t see I can understand but I didn’t want thread.” I have hypothyroidism so my eyebrows are thin as it is but I’ve gotten them tinted before and they looked fine. She continued. Then some other lady with blonde hair came over and Aggressively started threading my eyebrows again after the other lady. It was so painful it felt like she was tattooing my face. I’ve gotten my eyebrows threaded before and it never hurt like this. Then she asked me again “do you want henna or regular.” (Henna tints the skin, regular just tints the hair) I said “regular please) then the other lady came back and did henna after I just asked for regular. My eyebrows look thick and terrible and my skin is burnt like a carpet burn. It’s been 2 1/2 hours and they still burn. I am SO angry. And they charged me $42.99 when regular tint was only $25. My skin is dyed so my eyebrows are thick but not a good thick. They look drawn on. Absolutely ridiculous. If they couldn’t do what I needed they should’ve just said that. Now I’m suck with these and in pain.
