So I just read a comment where another parent said they did not receive a notification about the day care being closed due to a stomach bug, I am a parent who’s daughter is enrolled, I did receive the notification before their operating hours. My daughter started before there were any kids her age there and we have stuck it out. The staff is friendly and informative. The children are well monitored. There is a lot of interaction and gentle guidance. My daughter comes home happy every day, and there isn’t much more you could ask for in a daycar! I would highly recommend.

Both of my girls attend this daycare and we love it! The teachers are amazing and take good care of the children during their time at daycare. I love that I can check in on them, during the day on an app. Definitely recommend!

My kids started here over three weeks ago and they love it. They love their teachers and love to go everyday . It's also a clean facility and very good environment, i would highly recommend this daycare !

Issue 1: We used this daycare for a week and a half. During our initial tour we told the director that the earliest we could pick up our child was 5:30. We chose this daycare because Google stated 6pm was the open hours. The director stated 5pm was close but they would work with us and the late person could stay until 5:30. We expressed my hours were until 5pm every day. Said this at least 3 times. We were insured that it wouldn't ve a problem. She started on a Monday then I recieved a call at 5:27 asking where I was. Again I reiterated the hours I work. The following Monday I was told "for now" that as growth happened they would not be able to provide that. I would not have chose this facility and would have kept looking had they said this during walk-through

Issue 2: one day during our first week the facility closed due to a stomach bug. The brightwheels app does not notify the parents unless you are actively looking in the app. So I tool my child all the way to the center just to find out they were closed. This is their only source of communication

Issue 3: We agreed on a payment plan while CMA was in process of being set up. I filled out my part and submitted it to the proper administration. We agreed on the 22nd of thisonth I'd pay a portion as that's my first paycheck. This agreement was made on the 12th. On the 13th I recieve a call stating my child can not return to the facility unless the payment is paid in full.totally disregarding the priror agreement. Today the 14th she did not go to the facility because pay day isn't until the 22nd and they have now completely deactivated her as a student.

I do not recommend th is facility if you have a job that you can not miss. Or like to keep a commitment. Very unprofessional

This was my daughter’s first time in daycare and she has already made friends, she loves her teachers and is so grateful and happy to be there! This daycare has worked with me and I’m thankful for that.
