We’ve been so happy with Bright Horizons! Our son started in the infant room over six months ago, and he loves it there. He just started saying the names of his friends and teachers, which is such a joy to hear! The teachers are incredibly kind and caring—you can tell they’re truly appreciated by both the staff and the parents.

What stands out the most is how much our son is learning. Sometimes he does something that surprises us, and we know it’s a good habit he picked up at the center. It’s so reassuring to know he’s in such a nurturing environment every day.

We are so grateful to be able to send our kiddos to Bright Horizon at Rosemont! We have a 3 year old and a 1 year old, both have been going since infant-stage. The teachers are true professionals - extremely talented caregivers who provide a nurturing, fun environment focused on learning and development. I cannot recommend BH Rosemont enough - the directors run an amazing program, and it shows in the quality and commitment of the teachers and support team. They have great hours, are incredibly reliable, and go above and beyond with coordinating family events, proactive communication, and teacher appreciation and recognition. They're constantly working to improve the experience for the kiddos too - so much focus on enrichment, it's clear that they are passionate about what they do. It's been so great getting to know the different teachers in each classroom with my oldest, and now my youngest is cared for by the same people we've built those relationships with -- the peace of mind of knowing they're in great hands is invaluable. We love it here.

Bright Horizons at Rosemont is truly one of the best decisions we made in life! Our 3 year old started here soon after his 1st birthday and needless to say, it was a very difficult adjustment. However, Miss Sue, Miss Carmela and all their amazing teachers made the process so much simpler, guided us and supported us (and still are!!) every step of the way! Their teachers are incredibly kind, intelligent, qualified and caring. Even the substitute teachers that step in as needed ( Miss Nancy is my favorite!) are so wonderful. All the teachers I have had the pleasure of interacting with are great at communicating, creative in ways to nurture and develop little minds and just really good people!! Their curriculum is thoughtfully and professionally designed which dictates the daily activities the kids are exposed to. I can see how happy and engaged my son is at school. Even on days that my son is having a hard time, the teachers are extremely supportive, kind, offer extra cuddles and keep an open line of communication which is so important. The center offers meals as well and I often ask their kitchen manager Miss Cathy how she gets my son to eat the foods he never eats otherwise 🙂

We have been very happy with the care of our infant son at Bright Horizons in Rosemont. We love all the teachers and it is apparent that they take great care of him. I have peace of mind leaving him with them knowing he is safe, nurtured, and having lots of fun. I could not recommend it enough!

Bright Horizons has been nothing short of a saving grace for our family. Our oldest was at BH from 6 months old to 4 years old and still attends through their drop off program on days she does not have her regular Kindergarten classes. Our youngest is almost 2 and has attended since 9 months old. BH not only provides the best care for our children, when we cannot, but has also been a wonderful support system for our family through many personal issues. They truly care about the families and do everything they can to make our lives easier. I have been very impressed by the low turnover of their teachers, especially compared to other daycare facilities. Their health and safety practices are top notch. The communication regarding changes, events, illnesses in the class and the daily curriculum is outstanding. My children have never once not been excited to go to BH, which is rare for little ones that often want to stay home. We love the BH App that gives us wonderful insights and pictures of our children each day. When our youngest outgrows her daycare, it will be a very sad day in our household. ♥️

We have two children at Bright Horizons at Rosemont and have had a wonderful experience. We found BH after moving our first child from a different daycare center. It was a big of a change for us as it was for her. The BH team immediately put us at ease, communicated frequently and really supported our daughter through the transition period. They've taken great care of her and now our son, who started with BH as an infant. The teachers and center directors are nurturing, knowledgable and care deeply for the children and their families. Our children have learned so much from the teachers -- the same is true for us as parents. The facility is bright and child-friendly. We highly recommend Bright Horizons at Rosemont to anyone seeking childcare and education in the area.

My daughter has been going here for less than a month. She seems to enjoy it. Everyone here are nice and helpful. They send a weekly email on the food for the week along with activities planned. Their timings ( 7 15 am to 6pm) are perfect for us. They are also accomadating with requests. Absolutely recommend this place. Surprised at the low rating on Google.

Our daughter attended this location for almost 2 years. She spent time in the preschool as well as kindergarten prep room.

We came from a local Montessori school, which shall remain nameless, absolutely discouraged. They had told us our daughter was disruptive, and a safety issue to the class.

They couldn’t have been more wrong. What actually occurred was that our daughter was understimulated at three years old, and there was no structure at this other place.

The center Director Sue was so compassionate as I called her upset. She gave me an ad hoc tour on a Friday evening, and offered a trial for our daughter to start to see if it was a good fit.

The center safety Director Carmella takes her job seriously, to assure the children’s safety. Which is what you want in a childcare setting.

It only went uphill from there. All the teachers are so compassionate, and the structure gave my daughter what she needed to thrive.

She’s recently transitioned to kindergarten, and is set up for success. She’s able to read, do math, and her social/emotional skills have skyrocketed.

She has all the fundamentals and foundations to be successful in a school setting.

This location has so many fun and creative ideas to allow the kids to experience and array of activities.

Before our daughter left, they did the Olympics themed weeks, so the class learned about various countries and sports.

This is such a small example of all the wonderful experiences she had there.

we cannot recommend bright horizons to other families.

We missed the chef prepared meals, and the lovely pictures they share of your child throughout the day via the app.
