We've had a great experience with Bright Horizons in MP. Our son had some developmental delays when he was a baby and we felt so comfortable sending him to the infant room at BH. The teachers are wonderful and were very focused on helping our son overcome his challenges. He's now in the Toddler room and we are still very happy with his care. He has done so well here.

An amazing place to provide your child with enrichment and early education. My child has been attending for just over two years. The director, Betty, was able to find us a place last minute after a terrible situation with his initial daycare. The teachers, especially the infant ones, are so cognizant of the emotional challenges parents face bringing their child to daycare and feel like true partners.

My child has learned so much and is advanced for his age in terms of development and knowledge. I know this is in part due to the wonderful education provided by Bright Horizons Mount Prospect.

Like anything in life, there have been moments of disagreement or disappointment, but I know if I ever feel that way, Betty or another staff member is always willing to have a conversation and find a solution. That’s almost more reassuring than anything else.

Would (and have) highly recommend this school to any one!

We’ve been around to different daycares due to having covid start when my son turned one, and we’ve landed at bright horizons Mount prospect since moving. The staff is wonderful, attentive, and really work on finding the best care for the growth and development of your child. We went to kindergarten testing and when mentioned we’re here, I was told we’ll be more than ready for school.

We’ve been sending our almost 2 year old to Bright Horizons for over a year now. The teachers there are great; really attentive and well educated in their field. We really appreciated the reports and getting to know developmental milestones we should be focused on next. It’s a great center.

Worse experience ever with a day care. I regret I mean REGRET ever putting my child through that place. The teachers do NOT WATCH the students. My son was injured in that day care and it went unnoticed. I had to bring that problem to their attention like how do you not know my child was hurt. They also have them ride bikes unsafe. No helmets or anything. My son also had hit his head before and they gave him a frozen sponge to “ice” it. Another problem is I gave them albuterol so they can administer it as needed, they did NOT once open it or administer it to him. I do not know how a place can be so careless with their children. Those teachers are uneducated and just in it for the pay check. 0 stars all the way around. Hopefully they train their staff and watch these students more carefully next time so more kids, more toddlers do not get hurt.

Started our son at this bright horizons locations when he was 12 weeks old and he is almost 2 now. The staff is great, the facility is nice and the care that he receives is priceless. The curriculum is great as well. We highly recommend trusting the staff with your little one! We are switching bright horizons because of buying a house and the location is too far now, so we will be sad not to have our second child get to experience the teachers at mt prospect

We went to this daycare only 2 weeks during the winter time last year and they let my 3 yr old daughter go out in her skin tight leggings in the freezing weather and play with the snow. The next day she got fever and cold which lasted almost 2 weeks. I asked the director why and she said " we only ASK kids to wear their clothes but do not dress them up". What the heck. 3 year old are not fully capable of fully dress themselves. They are in their learning stage. They do not know everything like adults do. As a teaching institution, you teach them and help them dress up. They are just Day Watch, NOT Day Care. DISAPPOINTED.
